การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาการใช้ชีวิตของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี 2) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้งาน We Mahidol Application ของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี 3) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความพึงพอใจในการใช้งาน We Mahidol Application โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ นักศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ระดับปริญญาตรี ที่ใช้ We Mahidol Application และทำแบบสอบถามการใช้ชีวิตของนักศึกษาและประเมินความพึงพอใจในการใช้งาน We Mahidol Application จำนวน 408 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่าผู้ใช้งานส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิงและศึกษาอยู่ในระดับชั้นปีที่ 1 รูปแบบการจัดกิจกรรมที่ชื่นชอบมากที่สุดคือกิจกรรมแบบ Onsite และประเภทกิจกรรมที่สนใจมากที่สุดคือกิจกรรมจิตอาสา ช่องทางหลักในการรับรู้ข่าวสารด้านการศึกษาและกิจกรรมคือ Group Line ในขณะที่เครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์ที่ใช้มากที่สุดคือ Instagram เมนูที่ผู้ใช้ส่วนใหญ่ชอบและเข้าใช้งานบ่อยที่สุดคือ My QR ในส่วนของความพึงพอใจในการใช้งานแอปพลิเคชันในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ที่ 4.10 ด้านที่มีความพึงพอใจมากที่สุดคือ ด้านการออกแบบและการจัดรูปแบบ ค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ที่ 4.09 อยู่ในระดับมาก รองลงมาคือ ด้านประโยชน์และการนำไปใช้ ค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ที่ 4.08 อยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านคุณภาพข้อมูล ค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ที่ 4.07 อยู่ในระดับมาก และด้านการใช้งาน ค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ที่ 3.88 อยู่ในระดับมาก ตามลำดับ
The objectives of this research are 1) to study the lives of students Bachelor's degree level 2) to study satisfaction with the use of We Mahidol Application by undergraduate students 3) to study factors affecting satisfaction in using the We Mahidol Application and 4) to study design guidelines and develop to meet the needs of students. The sample group used in the research was undergraduate students of Mahidol University who used the We Mahidol Application and completes a survey on student life and assesses satisfaction with the use of the We Mahidol Application, totaling 408 students. The results of the research found that most system users are female. Studying at the first-year level. My favorite type of activity is onsite activities. The type of activity I am most interested in is Volunteer activities. The main channel for receiving educational news and activities is Group Line. The online social network that is mostly used is Instagram. The menu that most users like to access most often is My QR. The average user satisfaction rating for the program is 4.10, which is at a good level. The design and layout receive the highest level of satisfaction, with an average rating of 4.09, which is regarded as high, followed by benefits and uses.
