Title
Transmammary transmission of Necator americanus larva in the human host
The prevalence of Necator americanus in 128 nursing mothers at Saraburi hospital was 61%. The examination of milk from these mothers revealed the presence of N. americanus in one case. The finding suggested that milk could be a potential source of hookworm infection in man.
