ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความสุขในการทำงานของบุคลากรด้านเวชระเบียน ระหว่างโรงพยาบาลรัฐบาลและโรงพยาบาลเอกชน ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับความสุข เปรียบเทียบระดับความสุข และปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความสุขในการทำงานของบุคลากรด้านเวชระเบียนระหว่าง โรงพยาบาลรัฐบาลและโรงพยาบาลเอกชนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ภาคตัดขวาง จากกลุ่มตัวอย่างบุคลากรด้านเวชระเบียนโรงพยาบาลรัฐบาลและ โรงพยาบาลเอกชนจำนวน 176 คน ด้วยแบบสอบถาม ที่ใช้การวิเคราะห์ค่าที และ สมการถดถอยพหุ พบว่า มิติด้านสุขภาพของบุคลากรด้านเวชระเบียนโรงพยาบาล เอกชนดีกว่าของโรงพยาบาลรัฐ ส่วนในด้านมิติอื่น ๆ ซึ่งได้แก่ มิติผ่อนคลายดี มิติน้ำใจดี มิติจิตวิญญาณดี มิติครอบครัวดี มิติสังคมดี มิติใฝ่ รู้ดี มิติการเงินดี มิติการงานดี ไม่มีความแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 โดยปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความสุขในการทำงานของบุคลากรด้านเวชระเบียนในโรง พยาบาลรัฐบาล คือ ปัจจัยด้านการรับรู้คุณลักษณะงาน และ ด้านสภาพแวดล้อมภายใน หน่วยงาน ตามลำดับ ส่วนในโรงพยาบาลเอกชนมีเพียงปัจจัยด้านคุณลักษณะงานเท่านั้น และจากตัวแปรทั้งหมดในปัจจัยด้านการรับรู้คุณลักษณะงานและด้านสภาพแวดล้อม ภายในหน่วยงาน พบว่า หากมีการหมุนเวียนงานไปสู่ตำแหน่งใหม่ และกลุ่มตัวอย่าง สามารถทำได้ เป็นปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความสุขในการทำงานมากที่สุด ถัดมาคือ แผนปฏิบัติงานในหน่วยงานมีความชัดเจน ปฏิบัติได้ง่าย เพื่อนร่วมงานและผู้มารับ บริการมีส่วนสำคัญต่องานที่ปฏิบัติ สถานที่ทำงานกว้างขวางเพียงพอกับจำนวนบุคลากร การกำหนดบทบาทหน้าที่ของเจ้าหน้าที่ในหน่วยงานมีความชัดเจน และ งานที่ปฏิบัติมี ความสำคัญต่อการอยู่รอดของหน่วยงานรองลงมาตามลำดับ

This research aims to study the level of happiness, compare Happiness and factors that influence happiness working of medical records staffs in the government and private hospitals in Bangkok Thailand. Use the Cross–sectional survey research from 176 staffs in medical record unit by questionnaires that use t-test and multiple regression analysis. It found that the health dimension of medical records staffs in private hospitals better than public hospitals. In the other dimensions including the relaxing kindness spiritual family social inquisitive knowledge financial and working dimensions are not different (P-value < 0.05). Factors influencing happiness working of the medical record staffs in government hospital is the main factors of job characteristics recognition and the working environment but in private hospitals is the factors of job characteristics recognition only. From the all variables of factors of job characteristics recognition and the working environment found that the job rotation to new positions and can work in that position is the most factors influencing happiness working. Next is the working plan is clear and simple, co-worker and patients see the importance of the work performed, workplace spacious enough all of staffs, defining the roles and responsibilities of the medical record staffs in the unit are clear and the practice is very important to the survival of the medical record units respectively.
