การรับรู้ของผู้ป่วยต่อคุณลักษณะทางจริยธรรมของพยาบาลในโรงพยาบาล

Abstract

การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการรับรู้ของผู้ป่วยต่อคุณลักษณะ ทางจริยธรรมของพยาบาลและความพึงพอใจของผู้ป่วยต่อพฤติกรรมการบริการของพยาบาล ในผู้ป่วยที่มีเพศ ภูมิลำเนา หอผู้ป่วยที่ใช้บริการรักษา และจำนวนครั้งที่มารับบริการต่างกัน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 265 คน เลือกแบบเจาะจงตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดระหว่างเดือนสิงหาคม 2547-มกราคม 2548 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลและความ พึงพอใจต่อพฤติกรรมการบริการของพยาบาล แบบประเมินการรับรู้ต่อคุณลักษณะทางจริยธรรม ของพยาบาล ซึ่งดัดแปลงมาจากแบบประเมินพฤติกรรมโดยผู้รับบริการของสภาการพยาบาล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยสถิติบรรยาย ทดสอบค่าที วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ สหสัมพันธ์ของสเปียร์แมน ผลการวิจัยพบว่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยการรับรู้ของผู้ป่วยต่อคุณลักษณะทาง จริยธรรมของพยาบาลทั้งรายข้อ และโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับดีมาก ผู้ป่วยร้อยละ 68.3 มีความพึง พอใจต่อพฤติกรรมการบริการของพยาบาลในระดับมาก และพบว่าการรับรู้ของผู้ป่วยต่อ คุณลักษณะทางจริยธรรมของพยาบาล มีความสัมพันธ์กับความพึงพอใจต่อพฤติกรรมบริการ อีกทั้งการรับรู้ของผู้ป่วยต่อคุณลักษณะทางจริยธรรมของพยาบาล ในหอผู้ป่วยสามัญและพิเศษ มีความแตกต่างกัน อย่างไรก็ตามพบว่า ปัจจัยคัดสรรเกี่ยวกับ เพศ ภูมิลำเนา หอผู้ป่วยที่ใช้ บริการ และจำนวนครั้งที่มาใช้บริการต่างกัน ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการรับรู้ต่อคุณลักษณะทาง จริยธรรมของพยาบาลและระดับความพึงพอใจต่อพฤติกรรมบริการของพยาบาล

The purpose of this descriptive research study was to evaluate the moral characteristics of the nurses’ and patients’ perception of satisfactions with nursing service relative to various selected factors: gender, geographical area, educational level, kinds of the inpatient wards, and number of service time. Two hundreds and sixty-five patients were selected by purposive sampling during August 2004- January 2005. Research instruments used in this study included the Personal Data Questionnaire, the Patient Satisfaction with Nursing Service Questionnaire, and the Moral Characteristics of the Nurses Questionnaire modified from the questionnaire developed by the Thai Nursing Council. Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics (t-test, one-way analysis of variance, and Spearman rank correlation coefficient) were used for data analysis. The results demonstrated that the mean score of patients’ perceptions on the moral characteristics of the nurses was in a very good level and 68.3% of the patients reported good satisfaction with nursing service. A positive correlation between the patients’ perceptions on the moral characteristics of the nurses and the patients’ satisfaction with nursing service was found in this study. The mean scores of the patients’ perceptions on moral characteristics of the nurses working in the general wards and in the private wards were significantly different. However, gender, the geographical area, educational level, kinds of the inpatient wards, and number of service time were not significantly correlated with patients’ perceptions of moral characteristics of the nurses and the patients’ satisfaction with nursing service.
