Abstract
© 2018 IEEE. The measure of personnel quality is important in the management of organizations. Therefore, there must be an efficient quality measurement system. The concept of Beacon device equipped with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology is used to identify a position in a building, and it also works with smartphones to verify identification. With a combination of both factors, the effectiveness of tracking and identifying people in the area increases. The purpose of this study is to study the feasibility of the beacon technology to position tracking and identifying people in micro-location base and to compare functions of tracking and identification of beacon technology to other technologies. The results of the analysis, designs, feasibility study and questionnaire for experts' opinions can be applied to make benefits to organizations and increase human resources management's effectiveness, with concerns of limitations and comparisons that may arise.
