Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการในการพัฒนาความรู้ทางด้านแพทยศาสตรศึกษาของ อาจารย์คณะแพทยศาสตร์ศิริราชพยาบาล รวมทั้งรูปแบบในการจัดโครงการพัฒนาความรู้ทางด้านแพทยศาสตรศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ อาจารย์คณะแพทยศาสตร์ศิริราชพยาบาล โดยผู้วิจัยได้จัดทำแบบสอบถามสำรวจความเห็นของอาจารย์ทั้งคณะฯ เกี่ยวกับเนื้อหาทางแพทยศาสตรศึกษาที่สนใจ, รูปแบบการจัด กิจกรรมที่ต้องการ, และปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม ผู้วิจัยได้รับแบบสอบถามกลับ ร้อยละ ๔๓ ของแบบสอบถามที่ส่งออก การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลแสดงให้เห็นว่าประเด็นที่อาจารย์มีความสนใจเข้ารับการอบรมมากที่สุด คือ questioning techniques รองลงมาคือ communication skills teaching, motivation, computer-assisted instruction and e-learning และ multiple-choice questions ในส่วนรูปแบบการจัดโครงการพัฒนาความรู้พบว่า อาจารย์มีความต้องการให้จัดโครงการอยู่ในรูปแบบของการสอนบรรยายในคณะฯ มากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ รูปแบบบทเรียนแบบ e-learning และจดหมายข่าว (newsletter) ตามลำดับ โดยรูปแบบที่มีความเหมาะสมในการสอนบรรยาย คือ ควรจัดเดือนละ ๑ ครั้ง ๆ ละ ๒ ชั่วโมง โดยจัดในวันพุธ ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจเข้าร่วมอบรม คือ ปัจจัยทางด้านเนื้อหาตรงกับความต้องการ และปัจจัยช่วงเวลาในการจัดอบรมตรงกับช่วงเวลาที่ว่าง
The investigators carried out a survey research to investigate the needs of medical teachers in Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital regarding knowledge and skills in medical education. The questionnaire contained questions exploring (1) the topics of interest, (2) the desired format of educational interventions, and (3) the factors that influence their decisions to participate in educational interventions. The study revealed that educational topics that gain the most interest among faculty members were questioning techniques, communication skills teaching, motivation, computer-assisted instruction, e-learning, and multiple-choice questions. The most popular format of educational interventions were in-house lectures, followed by e-learning, and newsletter, respectively. Most teachers were interest in monthly lecture, each for a period of two hours, and preferably on Wednesday. The most important factors influencing their decisions to participate in educational interventions were the match of the topic with their personal interest and the timing that fit with their work schedule.
