การพัฒนาสื่อและผลของการใช้สื่อวีดิทัศน์ร่วมกับโจทย์สถานการณ์ต่อความรู้ และความมั่นใจในการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลอาชีวอนามัยของนักศึกษาพยาบาล

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาสื่อและประเมินผลการใช้สื่อวีดิทัศน์ควบคู่กับ การใช้โจทย์สถานการณ์ เพื่อใช้ในการเรียนการสอนการพยาบาลอาชีวอนามัย โดยมุ่งเน้นให้นักศึกษา มีความรู้และความมั่นใจในการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลอาชีวอนามัย การศึกษาแบ่งเป็น 2 ระยะ ระยะที่ 1 การพัฒนาเครื่องมือ ประกอบด้วย 1) พัฒนาสื่อวีดิทัศน์ควบคู่กับการใช้โจทย์สถานการณ์ด้าน การพยาบาลอาชีวอนามัย และ 2) พัฒนาแบบประเมินคุณภาพสื่อวีดิทัศน์ ซึ่งมี 3 องค์ประกอบหลัก ได้แก่ 1) คุณภาพด้านกระบวนการเรียนรู้ 2) คุณภาพเนื้อหาด้านบทบาทพยาบาลอาชีวอนามัย และ 3) คุณภาพด้านสื่อการเรียนรู้ ระยะที่ 2 ประเมินผลสื่อวีดิทัศน์ร่วมกับโจทย์สถานการณ์ต่อ ความรู้และความมั่นใจในการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลอาชีวอนามัย เป็นการศึกษากึ่งทดลอง เลือกกลุ่ม ตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง กลุ่มตัวอย่าง เป็นนักศึกษาพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 4 โรงเรียนพยาบาล รามาธิบดี จำนวน 155 ราย เครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย แบบประเมินความรู้ แบบประเมินความมั่นใจในการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลอาชีวอนามัย และแบบประเมินคุณภาพสื่อวีดิทัศน์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติบรรยายและสถิติที ผลการศึกษาพบว่า หลังการใช้สื่อวีดิทัศน์ควบคู่กับ การใช้โจทย์สถานการณ์นักศึกษาพยาบาลมีความรู้และความมั่นใจในการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลอาชีว อนามัยมากกว่าก่อนการใช้สื่อวีดีทัศน์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ และประเมินสื่อวีดิทัศน์ควบคู่กับ โจทย์สถานการณ์อยู่ในเกณฑ์ดีถึงดีมากทั้ง 3 องค์ประกอบ ดังนั้น สื่อวีดิทัศน์ควบคู่โจทย์ สถานการณ์สามารถนำไปใช้ในการจัดการเรียนการสอน เพื่อให้นักศึกษาพยาบาลมีความรู้และ ความมั่นใจในการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลอาชีวอนามัย และสามารถเผยแพร่ให้สถานการศึกษานำไป ใช้ในการเรียนการสอนการพยาบาลอาชีวอนามัย

This study aimed to develop and test the effect of video media combined with scenarios on knowledge and self-confidence of nursing students in occupational health nursing practice. The study was divided into 2 phases. Phase I included: 1) developing the video media combined with scenarios about occupational health nursing practice, and 2) developing the evaluation tool for video media combined with scenarios consisting of 3 components: quality of the process of learning, quality of content about occupational health nurses’ roles, and the media quality. Phase II included an evaluation of video media combined with scenarios.This phase used the quasi-experimental design to test the effect of video media combined with scenario on knowledge and self-confidence in practice of occupational health nursing. Purposive sampling was used to recruit a sample of 155 nursing students from Ramathobodi School of Nursing. Data were collected using the Knowledge Questionnaire, the Self-confidence Questionnaire, and the Evaluation of the Video Quality Questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and paired t-test. The results revealed that after using the video media with scenarios, nursing students had higher scores on knowledge and self-confidence in occupational health nursing practice than those before using that video media significantly. They evaluated the video media as good to very good for all three components. The video media combined with scenario should be used as a teaching method to enhance knowledge and self-confidence of nursing students for practice and be disseminated to use in occupational health nursing education.
