The aim of this study was to assess worry-induced sleep disturbance (WISD) among adolescents in Morocco. Nationally representative cross-sectional school health data (N = 6,745, median age 15 years) from Morocco in 2016 were analysed. Results show that 16.8% of students reported WISD. In multivariable logistic regression analysis, girls, loneliness, bullied, physical fights, parental emotional neglect, infrequent school truancy, soft drink intake, and injury increased the odds of WISD. Further-more, in the univariate analysis, older age, lower economic status (experience of hunger), physically assaulted, low peer support, parental disrespect for privacy, substance use, passive smoking and high sedentary behaviour were positively and fruit and vegetable intake was negatively associated with WISD. One in six participants had WISD and several variables were found to be associated with WISD.en_US
