A case of primary carcinoma of both fallopian tubes is reported. The patient presented with postmenopausal bleeding which persisted after 3 curettages. Six weeks later complete hysterectomy and bilateral salpingo oophorectomy were performed and the diagnosis of tubal carcinoma was macroscopically obvious. Three possible points of diagnosis are discussed.en_US
