การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความพึงพอใจในการลงทะเบียนออนไลน์เพื่อสมัครเข้าร่วมโครงการฝึกอบรมของบุคลากรคณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล 2) ระดับความพึงพอใจต่อการลงทะเบียนในระบบออรไลน์เพื่อสมัครเข้าร่วมโครงการฝึกอบรมของบุคลากรคณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการศึกษษครั้งนี้คือ บุคลากรสังกัดคณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ที่เคยลงทะเบียนในระบบออนไลน์เพื่อเข้าอบรมโครงการที่หน่วยพัฒนาทรัพยากรบุคคลจัดในปีงบประมาณ 2558 จำนวน 106 คน ซึ่งได้มาจากการกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้วิธีของ Taro Yamané ผู้วิจัยได้แบบสอบถามคืน 96 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 90.56 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่าความพึงพอใจในการลงทะเบียนออนไลน์เพื่อสมัครเข้าร่วมโครงการฝึกอบรมในด้านต่าง ๆ 3 ด้าน คือ ด้านการรับรู้ถึงประโยชน์ ด้านการรับรู้ความง่ายในการใช้งาน และด้านการใช้งานอุปกรณ์เข้าถึงระบบสารสนเทศ ผู้วิจัยได้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรม SPSS for Window ในการหาความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที (T-Test) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-Way ANOVA) ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความพึงพอใจในการลงทะเบียนออนไลน์เพื่อสมัครเข้าร่วมโครงการฝึกอบรมของบุคลากรคณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล เช่น ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ด้านเพศ อายุ อายุงาน ประเภทการจ้าง สังกัด และระดับการศึกษาที่แตกต่างกัน พบว่าไม่มีผลต่อความพึงพอใจในการลงทะเบียนออนไลน์ เพื่อสมัครเข้าร่วมโครงการฝึกอบรมแตกต่างกัน แต่ปัจจัยอื่น ๆ ในด้านจำนวนชั่วโมงที่ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ต่อวันที่แตกต่างกันมีผลต่อความพึงพอใจในการลงทะเบียนออนไลน์เพื่อสมัครเข้าร่วมโครงการฝึกอบรมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 (Sig. = 0.018)
ส่วนบุคลากรมีระดับความพึงพอใจต่อการลงทะเบียนออนไลน์เพื่อสมัครเข้าร่วมโครงการฝึกอบรม
ในภาพรวมและรายด้านทั้ง 3 ด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด ได้แก่ ด้านการรับรู้ถึงประโยชน์ (¯x = 4.12, SD = 0.74) รองลงมาคือ ด้านการรับรู้ความง่ายในการใช้งาน (¯x = 3.90, SD = 0.83) และด้านการใช้งานอุปกรณ์เข้าถึงระบบสารสนเทศ (¯x = 3.60, SD = 0.94) ตามลำดับ
The objectives of this study were 1) to investigate the factors affecting online registration for personnel training program of the Faculty of Dentistry, Mahidol University and 2) to explore the level of satisfaction of online registration for personnel training program of the Faculty of Dentistry, Mahidol University. The sample of this study was 106 personnel under the Faculty of Dentistry, Mahidol University who have ever enrolled in online personnel training program organized by Human Resources Development Division in the fiscal year of 2015. The sample size was determined by Taro yamane’s method. The researcher received 96 copies of the questionnaires accounted for 90.56% of the response Rate. The research instruments included rating-scale questionnaires asking about the satisfaction of three areas: perceived benefits, perceived ease of use, and perceived access to information by device. Data were analyzed through SPSS for Window. Frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and one - way ANOVA were determined. The results of this research were concluded as follows. The sample with different personal factors including gender, age, years of work experience, employment type, affiliation, and education had indifferent satisfaction with online registration for personnel training program of the Faculty of Dentistry, Mahidol University. However, number of hours spent using computer daily have an influence on the satisfaction with online registration for personnel training program with statistical significance level of 0.05 (Sig.=0.018). Overall the sample had high level of satisfaction with online registration for personnel training program. When individual aspects were considered, all three aspects had high level of satisfaction. Perceived benefits had the highest mean score x ̅=4.12, SD = 0.74), followed by perceived ease of use x ̅=3.90, SD = 0.83), and perceived access to information by device x ̅=3.60, SD = 0.94), respectively.
