การประเมินการเรียนการสอนของภาควิชาสังคมศาสตร์ คณะสังคมศาสตร์และมนุษยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล

Abstract

การศึกษาวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ประเมินผลการจัดการเรียน การสอนของภาควิชาสังคมศาสตร์ 2) เปรียบเทียบความคาดหวังและความ พึงพอใจของนักศึกษาต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนของภาควิชาสังคมศาสตร์ และ 3) นำเสนอแนวทางในการพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนการสอนของภาควิชา สังคมศาสตร์ คณะสังคมศาสตร์และมนุษยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล โดย เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ นักศึกษาปัจจุบันที่ กำลังศึกษาอยู่ทุกหลักสูตรในภาควิชาสังคมศาสตร์ ทั้งระดับปริญญาตรี-โท-เอก รวมทั้งหมด 268 คน เครื่องมือการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม พบว่าความ คาดหวังของนักศึกษาต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนของภาควิชาสังคมศาสตร์ โดย ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาต่อการจัดการเรียน การสอนของภาควิชาสังคมศาสตร์โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และผลการ เปรียบเทียบความคาดหวังและความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาต่อการจัดการเรียน การสอนของภาควิชาสังคมศาสตร์ พบว่า ความคาดหวังและความพึงพอใจในภาพรวมและในทุก ๆ ด้าน ของนักศึกษาต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนของภาค วิชาสังคมศาสตร์มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05 (Sig=.000) และควรประชาสัมพันธ์ความรู้ ข้อมูลต่าง ๆ ให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น และ พัฒนาแนวทางการให้บริการของเจ้าหน้าที่ และแนวทางขั้นตอนการขอรับ บริการ

The purpose of this study was 1) to evaluate the teaching and learning outcomes of the Department of Social Sciences 2) to compare the expectations and satisfaction of students toward the teaching and learning of the Department of Social Sciences and 3) to demonstrate guideline to develop the teaching and learning methods of the Department of Social Sciences, Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, Mahidol University. This research is quantitative research and population for research are 268 current students who studying in bachelor, master and doctorate degree in the Department of Social Sciences. The research tool was a questionnaire and found that the expectations of students toward the teaching and learning management of the Department of Social Sciences in overall picture was at the highest level, the students’ satisfaction toward the teaching and learning management was at a high level and comparison of expectations and satisfaction of students toward the teaching and learning management found that the expectations and satisfaction in the overall and in every aspects of the student toward teaching and learning was different with statistically significant at 0.05 (Sig=.000) and the public relations approach was more effective. The results of this study are as follows with service guidelines and how to get the service.
