dc.description.abstract© 2018 IEEE. Currently, around 7 to 12 percent of world population of children has attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), especially 12 percent in children school age and about 6.5 percent found in Thailand. The world health organization textbf(WHO) gives priority to ADHD problem because if people with ADHD are not treated from early state, the symptoms will effect on learning and several performances across the lifespan particularly to the children. iCare-ADHD is a project work collaboratively with the psychiatrist aiming to designed and developed an android mobile application to assess, manage, follow-up and monitor the children who may develop ADHD. First, it is used to assess the possibility of occurrence of ADHD symptoms. Second, it supports treatment function for an ADHD child from early state by giving their parent knowledge and behavioral management. Third, it helps supporting the psychiatrist by providing the referral information. iCare-ADHD provides ADHD screening tools such as SNAP IV and CONNER 3 for self-Assessment and use DSM-5 criteria as ADHD diagnosis tool for psychiatrist. It also supports the doctor treatment and follow up process. Furthermore, it can be used by the parents and teachers to help manage the behavior of children by setting up task and giving reward for children who complete the tasks in their daily life.en_US
