A case of bilateral dislocation of hip joints is presented. The mechanism of injury is described to produce anterior dislocation of one hip and posterior dislocation on the other. Bilateral hip dislocation usually is the result of severe trauma. The patient should be thoroughly examined and evaluated, other associated trauma to the musculoskeletal system, namely, fracture of pelvis, femoral shaft or spine should be kept in mind in patients who sustain severe injury from present day traffic accident. Early reduction of the dislocated hip if feasible is recommended in order to avoid complications.en_US
