Jaccoud's arthropathy is a syndrome of chronic progressive painless deformity of the hands and feet with surprisingly well preserved functions. The arthropathy has been known to develop subsequently to episodes of rheumatic fever. a patient is presented in this report with a clinical and radiologic finding indistinguishable from that of the Jaccound's arthropathy. However, the only associated illness is chronic lung disease. © 1983 Springer-Verlag.en_US
