การสื่อสารที่ส่งผลต่อการรับรู้การรับรองมาตรฐานคุณภาพโรงพยาบาล กรณีศึกษาศูนย์การแพทย์กาญจนาภิเษก

Abstract

การศึกษาเรื่องนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะการสื่อสาร ภายในองค์กรของศูนย์การแพทย์กาญจนาภิเษก 2) เพื่อศึกษาระดับการรับรู้ มาตรฐานโรงพยาบาลและบริการสุขภาพ 3) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัย ด้านการสื่อสาร ที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการรับรู้มาตรฐานโรงพยาบาลกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ บุคลากรที่ปฏิบัติงานในศูนย์การแพทย์กาญจนาภิเษก จำนวน 262 ราย เครื่องมือที่ใช้สำหรับการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้สำหรับการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติ t-Test สถิติ F-test และวิธีการ วิเคราะห์ การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับการสื่อสารภายในองค์กรของศูนย์การ แพทย์กาญจนาภิเษก โดยรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ระดับการรับรู้ มาตรฐานโรงพยาบาลและบริการสุขภาพ ฉบับเฉลิมพระเกียรติฉลองสิริราช สมบัติครบ 60 ปีของศูนย์การแพทย์กาญจนาภิเษก โดยรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ใน ระดับปานกลาง 3) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการรับรู้มาตรฐานโรงพยาบาลและบริการสุขภาพ ฉบับเฉลิมพระเกียรติฉลองสิริราชสมบัติครบ 60 ปี ประกอบด้วย ปัจจัยด้าน การสื่อสาร ได้แก่ องค์ประกอบการสื่อสาร และบรรยากาศในการสื่อสาร โดยตัวแปรอิสระมีความสัมพันธ์อย่างมีนัยทางสถิติที่ .01 และปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ ระดับการศึกษา ประเภทบุคลากร และหน่วยงานที่สังกัด แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

The research studied the factors affecting communication and the perceived quality standards in a Medical Centre. It was aimed to achieve the following objectives 1) to study the characteristics of communication within the organization of the Medical Centre, 2) to study the level of the perceived standards of the hospital and health services and to study the factors influencing the perception of the Hospital and Health Care Standards based on the Sixtieth Anniversary Cerebrations of His Majesty’s Accession to the Throne. The sample was 262 participants. A questionnaire was used to collect data: data was analyzed and presented in percentages, mean, standard deviation, t-Test, Anova and multiple regression on stepwise linear regression technique. The results of the research showed that 1) the level of communication within the organization in general was at a high level , the perception of the hospital and health care standards based on the Sixtieth Anniversary Cerebrations of His Majesty’s Accession to the Throne was at a medium level, while the factors that influenced the perception of the hospital and health care standards based on the Sixtieth Anniversary Cerebrations of His Majesty’s Accession to the Throne included the personal differences were statistically significant at .05 levels. In summary, education, staff categories and the department, were communication factors that affected the communication elements and the communication climate; these independent variables significantly correlated statistically at .01.
