An enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay is described in which four antibodies (amoebiasis, schistosomiasis, echinococcosis and filariasis) can be tested at once. Because of the sensitivity, specificity, reproducibility and practicability this test system can be recommended as a quantitative routine test.en_US
