dc.description.abstractIn the absence of ocular enucleation, our study demonstrates the diagnostic value of the direct immunofluorescence technigue using an antitoxoplasma antibody on specimens containing Toxoplasma from pars plana vitrectomy (PPV) and subretinal tissue fluid aspiration, as compared to Giemsa staining and the mouse intraperitoneal inoculation method.en_US
