ผลของโปรแกรมการส่งเสริมบทบาทการเป็นมารดาต่อความรักใคร่ผูกพันระหว่างมารดาและทารก ความพึงพอใจในบทบาทของมารดา ความสามารถในการเรียนรู้พฤติกรรมทารก และการเจริญเติบโตของทารก

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมการส่งเสริมบทบาท การเป็นมารดาต่อความรักใคร่ผูกพันระหว่างมารดาและทารก ความพึงพอใจในบทบาทของมารดา ความสามารถในการเรียนรู้พฤติกรรมทารก และการเจริญเติบโตของทารก การเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่าง เป็นแบบเฉพาะเจาะจงจากแผนกสูติกรรมโรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี จำนวน 60 คู่ แบ่งออกเป็นกลุ่ม ควบคุม และกลุ่มทดลองกลุ่มละ 30 คู่ โดยกลุ่มควบคุมได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ และกลุ่มทดลอง ได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ ร่วมกับโปรแกรมการส่งเสริมบทบาทการเป็นมารดาจากผู้วิจัย ระหว่าง เดือนกรกฎาคม 2550 ถึง เดือนกุมภาพันธ์ 2551 รวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้ แบบสอบถามความ รักใคร่ผูกพันระหว่างมารดา-ทารกในครรภ์ แบบสอบถามความรักใคร่ผูกพันระหว่างมารดา-ทารก หลังคลอด แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจในบทบาทมารดา และแบบสอบถามความสามารถในการ เรียนรู้พฤติกรรมทารก แบบบันทึกการเจริญเติบโตของทารก ผลการวิจัยพบว่า คะแนนความรัก ใคร่ผูกพันระหว่างมารดาและทารกหลังคลอด 6 สัปดาห์ ความพึงพอใจในบทบาทมารดา และ ความสามารถในการเรียนรู้พฤติกรรมทารกของมารดาในกลุ่มทดลองสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมี นัยสำคัญทางสถิติ และทารกในกลุ่มทดลองมีการเพิ่มขึ้นของน้ำหนักตัวและส่วนสูงที่ 6 สัปดาห์ หลังคลอดสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ผลจากการวิจัยนี้เสนอแนะว่า โปรแกรม การส่งเสริมบทบาทการเป็นมารดาสามารถนำมาใช้ส่งเสริมความรักใคร่ผูกพันระหว่างมารดา และทารก ความพึงพอใจในบทบาทของมารดา ความสามารถในการเรียนรู้พฤติกรรมทารก และ การเจริญเติบโตของทารก เพื่อส่งเสริมการดำรงบทบาทในมารดาครรภ์แรกต่อไป

The objective of this quasi experimental research was to examine the effect of a maternal role promoting program on maternal-infant attachment, maternal role satisfaction, competency in infant behavioral learning, and infant growth. Purposive sampling was used to recruit 60 pregnant women from Pregnancy Clinic of Ramathibodi Hospital. The sampling was devided equally into a control group and an experimental group. The control group received usual nursing care whereas the experimental group was given usual nursing care along with a maternal role promoting program developed by the researchers between July 2007 and February 2008. Data were collected using five sets of questionnaire. There were the Maternal-Unborn Infant Attachment, the Maternal-Infant Attachment, the Maternal Role Satisfaction, the Competency in Infant Behavioral Learning, and the Infant Growth Record. The study revealed that mean scores of maternal-infant attachment, maternal role satisfaction, and competency in infant behavioral learning at 6 weeks postpartum of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group. In addition, weight and height of 6-week infants in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group. The findings suggest that the maternal role-promoting program should be used to promote maternal-infant attachment, maternal role satisfaction, competency in infant behavioral learning and infant growth, which can enhance roles of first-time mothers.
