dc.description.abstractSpontaneous rupture of an adrenal adenoma is a rare condition. This case report describes spontaneous rupture of the right adrenal adenoma in the women that presented with acute abdominal pain. Early suspicion of this condition, effective imaging, and prompt treatment should save the patient. Urgency laparoscopic adrenalectomy is a safe and feasible option.en_US
