การวิเคราะห์ผลงานวิจัยตีพิมพ์ของคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและวิเคราะห์คุณลักษณะของผลงานวิจัยตีพิมพ์ของคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล รูปแบบการวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยเอกสาร ประชากรในงานวิจัย ได้แก่ ผลงานวิจัยตีพิมพ์ประเภทบทความวิจัยของอาจารย์คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ในช่วงปี พ.ศ.2553-2557 จำนวน 361 เรื่อง เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบบันทึกคุณลักษณะงานวิจัย และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าความสัมพันธ์โดยใช้ค่าไคสแควร์ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า มีผลงานวิจัยตีพิมพ์จำนวน 361 เรื่อง ส่วนใหญ่ตีพิมพ์ในปี พ.ศ. 2556 (ร้อยละ 21.9) และเป็นประเภทวิทยานิพนธ์ (ร้อยละ 54.6) งานวิจัยส่วนใหญ่มีการกำหนดสมมติฐาน (ร้อยละ 50.4) เป็นการวิจัยเชิงความสัมพันธ์/เชิงทำนาย (ร้อยละ 37.7) กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้มาจากการเปิดตารางหรือการใช้ค่าอิทธิพล (ร้อยละ 47.6) จำนวนของกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้อยู่ระหว่าง 21 – 100 คน (ร้อยละ 59.0) และกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ส่วนใหญ่เป็นวัยผู้ใหญ่ (ร้อยละ 78.65) เครื่องมือวิจัยที่ใช้ส่วนใหญ่เป็นแบบสอบถาม (ร้อยละ 59.0) การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลส่วนใหญ่ใช้ Descriptive Statistic (ร้อยละ 93.1) ประเด็นการวิจัยที่ศึกษา 3 ลำดับแรกคือ โรคไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรัง การสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ และสุขภาพจิต ตามลำดับ ข้อสรุปจากการวิจัย ทำให้ทราบทิศทางงานวิจัย ซึ่งเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของผู้ปฏิบัติงานด้านการวิจัยของคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ ในการพัฒนาและปรับปรุงการให้บริการให้คำปรึกษาในการทำงานวิจัยของบุคลากรได้ตรงกับความต้องการมากขึ้น อีกทั้งยังเป็นแนวทางในการสนับสนุนให้บุคลากรของคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มีผลงานวิจัยที่ได้รับการตีพิมพ์ในวารสารวิชาการในระดับชาติและนานาชาติ

The purpose of this research was to study and analysis the characteristics of the research publicationsof Faculty of Nursing Mahidol University.The research design was documentary research.The population werethe 361 research publicationsof research articles of academic staffs offaculty of nursing,Mahidol University during the year 2010-2014.Research publicationswere collected by using the research record formand analyzedthe data by using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviationand chi-square.The research results found 361 research publications, most of themwere published in year 2013(21.9%)and were thesis types(54.6%).Most of the them had hypotheses (50.4%),using correlation /predict research methods(37.7%). The samples were derived from opening the table or using effect size(47.6%). The number of samples werebetween 21 –100samples(59%), andthe subjects were adults(78.65%).Research instruments were questionnaires(59.0%). Most of the data analysis were descriptive statistics(93.1%).The research issues in the first three orders were chronic non-communicable disease,healthpromotion,and mental health respectively. Research conclusions indicated the research directions which were beneficial to the duty of research staffs of the Faculty of Nursing in the development and improvement of services in consulting in research work of personnel to meet more needs. It was also a guideline forsupportingthepersonnel of the Faculty of Nursing to have research publicationsinacademic journals at national and international level.
