ความพึงพอใจและความสำคัญในการใช้บริการสนามกีฬา มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล

Abstract

ความพึงพอใจและความสำคัญในการใช้บริการสนามกีฬาเป็นตัวบ่งชี้ให้เห็นถึงอุปสรรค ปัญหา และ แนวทางการแก้ไขในการดำเนินงานของหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยเพื่อศึกษาระดับความพึง พอใจในการใช้บริการสนามกีฬา ของนิสิต บุคลากร และบุคคลทั่วไป มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดลและเปรียบเทียบความพึง พอใจและความสำคัญของสนามกีฬาและศูนย์ออกกำลังกายจำแนกตามกลุ่มผู้มาใช้บริการแบบสอบถาม ใช้สำหรับ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากสมาชิกผู้มาใช้บริการสนามกีฬามหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ประกอบด้วย 3 ส่วนคือ ข้อมูลทั่วไป ความพึงพอใจและความสำคัญในการใช้บริการ และคำถามปลายเปิดด้านการจัดการ ด้านบุคลากรผู้ให้บริการ ด้าน สถานที่และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก1.ความพึงพอใจและความสำคัญในการใช้บริการสนามกีฬามหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ผลการวิจัยด้านความพึงพอใจในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (3.51) ด้านความสำคัญโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (4.03) 2.เมื่อเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจโดยจำแนกตามกลุ่มพบว่าโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (3.53) และเปรียบเทียบ ความสำคัญในการใช้บริการโดยจำแนกตามกลุ่มพบว่าโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (4.02) จากการวิจัยครั้งนี้ มหาวิทยาลัยควรมีการจัดกิจกรรมเพื่อส่งเสริมสุขภาพอย่างเป็นรูปธรรมและระยะยาว ครอบคลุมทั้งหน่วยงาน ภายในและภายนอกมหาวิทยาลัย เพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพในการให้บริการโดยนำสิ่งที่มีอยู่มาดัดแปลงปรับปรุงและแก้ไข ให้เหมาะสมและเกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดต่อผู้ใช้บริการและองค์กร

The satisfaction and importance of sports service are important factors to develop the administration of the Sport Complex in Mahidol University. The purpose of this study was to investigate the satisfaction level and compare gratification and importance of sports service between the Sport Complex and the Fitness Center among students, staff and general people in Mahidol University. A questionnaire survey was completed by participants who were using the Stadium and Sport Complex in Mahidol University, Salaya Campus. The questionnaire was in three sections; 1) general information 2) satisfaction and importance of the service and 3) open-ended questions of management, personnel, location and facility.1) The result shows the satisfaction levels and perceived importance of sports services at Mahidol University. The data shows that the overall satisfaction and overall importance were at a high level at 3.51 and 4.03 respectively. 2) When comparing satisfaction and importance by classification by groups, it can be seen that the data in overall satisfaction and overall importance were at a high level at 3.53 and 4.02 repectively. This research suggested that Mahidol University should establish the health promotion activity in short and long terms to improve the potential of sports services, and also modify the resources to induce the highest benefit for customers and the organization.
