คุณภาพชีวิตสมรสของบุคลากรที่ทำงานในสถานีอนามัยจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับคุณภาพชีวิตสมรส และปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลและสามารถคาดทำนายคุณภาพชีวิตสมรสของบุคลากรที่ทำงานในสถานีอนามัย จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือบุคลากรที่ทำงานในสถานีอนามัย จำนวน 174 คน เก็บข้อมูลโดยการตอบแบบสอบถามด้วยตนเอง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบสถิติไคสแควร์ สถิติสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบมีขั้นตอน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า บุคลากรที่ทำงานในสถานีอนามัย ร้อยละ 55.2 มีคุณภาพชีวิตสมรสอยู่ในระดับสูง ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับคุณภาพชีวิตสมรสของบุคลากรที่ทำงานในสถานีอนามัย อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p-value < 0.05) ได้แก่การเตรียมความพร้อมทางเศรษฐกิจ แบบอย่างจากบิดามารดา สถานะทางเศษฐกิจ การมีความสัมพันธ์กันแบบเพื่อนคู่ชีวิต บทบาทหน้าที่ของคู่สมรส การยึดหลักคำสอนพุทธศาสนา ปัจจัยที่สามารถคาดทำนายคุณภาพชีวิตสมรสของบุคลากรที่ทำงานในสถานีอนามัย ได้แก่ บทบาทหน้าที่ของคู่สมรส การมีความสัมพันธ์กันแบบเพื่อนคู่ชีวิต การยึดหลักคำสอนพุทธศาสนา แบบอย่างจากบิดามารดา ความคล้ายคลึงกันด้านการศึกษา โดยสามารถร่วมทำนายได้ร้อยละ 76.7 ดังนั้นหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ควรมีการกำหนดนโยบายในการส่งเสริมสัมพันธภาพภายในครอบครัว ซึ่งเป็นการสร้างให้เกิดความรัก ความอบอุ่นภายในครอบครัว ในเรื่องบทบาทหน้าที่ของคู่สมรส การสื่อสารระหว่างคู่สมรส เป็นต้น เพื่อส่งเสริมคุณภาพคุณภาพชีวิตสมรสของบุคลากรที่ทำงานในสถานีอนามัยต่อไป The objective of this research was to study the marital quality and factors affecting and predicting the marital quality of personnel in health centers in Samutprakarn Province. The samples of this study consisted of 174 persons. The data were collected using the self-rating questionnaires and then analyzed to obtain the frequency, percentage, mean standard deviation using Chi-square test, Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient, and Stepwise multiple regression. The findings indicated that 55.2% of the participating health officers had the marital quality in the high level. The factors associated with the marital quality of health officers with the statistical significance (p-value < 0.05) included economic preparedness, parental model, economic status, partnership relation, spouse role, and Buddha’s teachings profession. In addition, factors predicting the marital quality of health officers were spouse role, partnership relation, Buddha’s teachings profession, good parental models, and educational similarity. The prediction percentage was 76.7. It was suggested that the policy of family relationship promotion should be established to enhance the love and warmness in families Spouse role and Spouse communication should also be encouraged to promote the marital quality of heath officers.
