dc.description.abstractVentriculo-subgaleal (VSG) shunt placement is an option for temporary CSF diversion in neonate suffering from hydrocephalus. The authors describe step-by-step technique of VSG shunt assembly and insertion by using previously-cut shunt tubes and connector. It is simple and inexpensive. The authors also present a short review of the literature of the VSG shunt.en_US
