ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความพึงพอใจของผู้ป่วยต่อโครงการบริการ ผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง ในชุมชนของกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล

Abstract

วัตถุประสงค์ในการวิจัย คือ ศึกษาระดับความพึงพอใจของผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมองต่อโครงการ บริการผู้ป่วยหลอดเลือดสมองในชุมชน เขตพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล ศึกษาปัจจัยที่มี ความสัมพันธ์ต่อความพึงพอใจของผู้ป่วยต่อโครงการฯ และปัญหาอุปสรรคในการให้บริการ ใช้วิธีการวิจัย เชิงสำรวจ เก็บข้อมูลจากผู้ป่วยหลอดเลือดที่เข้ารับการรักษาในโครงการฯ จำนวน 69 คน การวิเคราะห์ ข้อมูลใช้สถิติพรรณนาอธิบายความพึงพอใจ Spearman Rank Correlation และ Chi-square test เพื่อทดสอบปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อความพึงพอใจ ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ความพึงพอใจของผู้ป่วยหลอดเลือดสมองที่มีต่อโครงการ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ ในระดับมาก และเมื่อแยกแต่ละด้าน ผู้ป่วยมีความพึงพอใจมากในด้านขั้นตอนการให้บริการ ด้านนักกายภาพบำบัด และด้านสื่อและการประชาสัมพันธ์ ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความพึงพอใจของผู้ป่วยหลอดเลือดที่มีต่อโครงการ คือ ปริมาณการให้ บริการของโครงการมีความสัมพันธ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (r=0.569, p - value = <0.001) และการให้ ความรู้ต่อผู้ป่วยมีความสัมพันธ์กับความพึงพอใจ (r=0.627, p -value <0.001)

The purpose of this study was to determine 1) patient satisfaction levels with the Stroke Rehabilitation Program; 2) factors related to patient satisfaction; and 3) to address obstacles in receiving services. The study recruited sixty-nine patients who participated in the Stroke Rehabilitation Program which was a community-based project in Bangkok and outskirt areas. Spearman Rank Correlation and Chi-square test were used to determine factors related to patient satisfaction. The study revealed that patient satisfaction with the Stroke Rehabilitation Program was generally high. When the various factors were analyzed, patients were especially satisfied with the treatment procedures, physical therapists, and with information about the rehabilitation program and public relations. The factors related to patient satisfaction with the Stroke Rehabilitation Program in the communities included the intensity of rehabilitation services that a patient received (r = 0.569, P- value = <0.001) and the knowledge about stroke and rehabilitation gained from the project (r = 0.627, P-value <0.001).
