Abstract

วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการเลี้ยงดูลูกของพ่อแม่ของเด็กที่ถูกทารุณทางเพศกับความปลอดภัยของเด็ก วิธีวิจัย: เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจงจากเด็กที่ถูกทารุณกรรมทางเพศที่ถูกแยกจากครอบครัวให้ได้รับการคุ้มครองโดยบ้านพักเด็กและครอบครัว กรุงเทพมหานคร สังกัดกระทรวงการพัฒนาสังคมและความมั่นคงของมนุษย์เพื่อความปลอดภัย และเข้ารับตรวจรักษาที่คลินิกส่งเสริมการเลี้ยงดู ภาควิชากุมารเวชศาสตร์ โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี อายุระหว่าง 5-18 ปี จำนวน 50 ราย การเก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามประกอบด้วยข้อมูล 2 ส่วน คือ ส่วนที่ 1 ข้อมูลทั่วไปของพ่อแม่และเด็ก ส่วนที่ 2 วิธีการเลี้ยงดูลูกของพ่อแม่ของเด็กที่ถูกทารุณกรรมทางเพศ ส่วนที่ 3 ความปลอดภัยของเด็ก ผลการศึกษา: วิธีการเลี้ยงดูของพ่อแม่แบบให้ความรัก ความอบอุ่นและใส่ใจ มีความสัมพันธ์กับการดูแล ให้ปัจจัยสี่แก่การดำรงชีวิต การดูแลป้องกันอันตรายทั้งร่างกายและจิตใจ ระมัดระวังเรื่องการคบเพื่อนไม่ให้เด็กมีพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงและให้เด็กได้ับการศึกษาตามสมควรแก่อายุและสติปัญญา อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ p < 0.001 การเลี้ยงของพ่อแม่อย่างไม่ใส่ใจมีความสัมพันธ์กับการปล่อยปละละเลย ทำให้เกิดอันตรายต่อเด็ก การใช้เด็กเป็นเครื่องมือในการแสวงหาประโยชน์ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ p < 0.001 สรุป: วิธีการเลี้ยงดูลูกของพ่อแม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความปลอดภัยของเด็ก
