ปัจจัยที่มีผลกระทบต่อการปรับตัวข้ามวัฒนธรรมของนิสิตบัณฑิตศึกษานานาชาติ คณะเภสัชศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย

Abstract

การศึกษางานวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลกระทบต่อการปรับตัวข้ามวัฒนธรรมของนิสิตบัณฑิตศึกษานานาชาติ คณะเภสัชศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย โดยศึกษาจากประชากรซึ่งเป็นนิสิตต่างชาติที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ในระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาคณะเภสัชศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย จำนวน 34 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม จำนวน 16 ข้อ แบ่งออกเป็น 3 ส่วนคือ ส่วนที่ 1 เป็นแบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนตัว ส่วนที่ 2 เป็นแบบสอบถามปัจจัยที่มีผลกระทบต่อการปรับตัวข้ามวัฒนธรรมของนิสิตบัณฑิตนานาชาติ คณะเภสัชศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย จำนวน 5 ระดับ ส่วนที่ 3 เป็นคำแนะนำของนิสิตต่างชาติ จากการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยที่มีผลกระทบต่อการปรับตัวข้ามวัฒนธรรมของนิสิตบัณฑิตศึกษานานาชาติ คณะเภสัชศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย มากเป็นอันดับแรกคือ ปัจจัยระบบการศึกษา มีค่าเฉลี่ย เท่ากับ 4.19 รองลงมาคือ ปัจจัยสังคมและสิ่งแวดล้อม มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.15 และปัจจัยทุนการศึกษา มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.07 สำหรับผลกระทบของปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการปรับตัวข้ามวัฒนธรรมของนิสิตบัณฑิตศึกษานานาชาติ คณะเภสัชศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัยที่มีช่วงระยะเวลาที่เข้าศึกษาต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นปัจจัยด้านทุนการศึกษาและการเงินแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .051

The main purpose of this study was to investigate factors affecting cross-culture adaptation of international graduate students in Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chulalongkorn University. 34 International students who were studying in the Faculty of Pharmaceutical sciences, Chulalongkorn University were enrolled into this study. A survey was conducted through a questionnaire composed of 16 items, subdivided into 3 major parts, the first part consisted of questions related to student's personal information, the second part had a 5- point scale scheme which allowed the student to rate how certain factors affect cross- culture adaptation, the third part emphasized student's suggestions. It was found that educational system had the greatest impact on affecting adaptation of students with an average score of 4. 19, followed by the environmental and social factors garnering with an average score of 4.15. The scholarship process was the third considered factor, with an average score of 4.07. Furthermore, the study also had reported different periods of study had different opinions on scholarship and financial factors significant at the .05.
