Abstract
งานวิจัยนี้ศึกษาค่าปริมาณแสงสว่างที่เหมาะสมและเพียงพอต่อการใช้งานในห้องเรียนภายใต้แสงประดิษฐ์ เพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการออกแบบหรือปรับแสงสว่างในห้องเรียน โดยใช้วิธีการสำรวจเก็บข้อมูลจากห้องเรียนต่าง ๆ ภายในคณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล และแบ่งประเภทห้องเรียนในการสำรวจออกเป็น 3 ขนาด ตามความจุของห้อง คือ ขนาดเล็ก ขนาดกลาง และขนาดใหญ่ โดยศึกษาเก็บข้อมูลสำรวจดังนี้ ลักษณะทางกายภาพของห้องเรียน ชนิดของหลอดไฟ ตำแหน่งดวงโคม ลักษณะการใช้งานห้องเรียน และค่าปริมาณแสงสว่างในห้องเรียน แล้วนาผลค่าเฉลี่ยมาเปรียบเทียบกับค่ามาตรฐานแสงสว่างในปัจจุบัน
จากผลการศึกษาพบว่า ค่าเฉลี่ยปริมาณแสงสว่างภายในห้องเรียนทั้ง 3 ขนาด ที่ได้จากการสำรวจ ค่าเฉลี่ยรวมปริมาณแสงสว่างของแสงประดิษฐ์และแสงธรรมชาติ โดยห้องเรียนขนาดเล็กมีค่าเฉลี่ยรวมปริมาณแสงสว่าง 656.06 Lux ห้องเรียนขนาดกลางมีค่าเฉลี่ยรวมปริมาณแสงสว่าง 739 Lux และห้องเรียนขนาดใหญ่มีค่าเฉลี่ยรวมปริมาณแสงสว่าง 389.66 Lux ซึ่งทุกห้องเรียนผ่านเกณฑ์มาตรฐานแสงสว่างของสมาคมแสงสว่างแห่งประเทศไทย (TIEA) โดยมีเกณฑ์ตามมาตรฐานสากลสาหรับห้องเรียนอยู่ที่ 300 Lux แต่ในการใช้งานห้องเรียนจริง อาจมีการใช้เครื่องฉายภาพ ทำให้จำเป็นต้องควบคุมปริมาณแสงสว่างในห้องเรียน เพื่อให้ผู้เรียนสามารถมองเห็นจอภาพได้อย่างสบายตา สามารถอ่านและเขียนหนังสือได้เมื่อมีการฉายจอภาพ ดังนั้นการออกแบบแสงสว่างในห้องเรียนควรคำนึงถึงตำแหน่งการวางผังโคมไฟและการออกแบบการเปิด-ปิดโคมไฟ ต้องมีการแบ่งผังไฟในส่วนของบริเวณการสอนออกจากผังไฟรวม เพื่อที่จะทำให้ควบคุมปริมาณแสงสว่างในการเรียนการสอนได้ ความสูงของฝ้าเพดาน หากสูงเกินไปทาให้ต้องออกแบบจำนวนดวงโคมมากขึ้นเพื่อให้ปริมาณแสงสว่างเพียงพอตามมาตรฐาน และในห้องเรียนที่มีพื้นที่จำกัดความสูงของฝ้าเพดาน ควรคำนึงถึงหลักการออกแบบค่าความส่องสว่างภายในห้องเรียน เพื่อไม่ให้มีค่าการส่องสว่างมากเกินมาตรฐานจนเกินความจำเป็น ซึ่งเป็นการสิ้นเปลืองการใช้พลังงานไฟฟ้าและเป็นภาระในการบำรุงรักษาในอนาคต
This study researches on the proper quantity of artificial lighting used in multimedia classrooms to make guidelines for lighting design and to improve lighting quality in the classrooms by using the data collected from variety of lecture classrooms in Faculty of Dentistry, Mahidol University. The survey classifies lecture classrooms into 3 sizes by capacities, which are small, medium and large. The data collected are physical characteristics of the classrooms, type and position of lamps, classroom usages and lighting quantity in the classrooms. The results are then compared with the current average standard lighting value. The study found that the average lighting quantity of 3 sizes of classrooms, artificial and natural lighting combined, are mostly sufficient and meet the classroom illumination standard which is 300 Lux. Small classrooms have an average lighting quantity of 656.06 Lux. Medium classrooms have an average lighting quantity of 739 Lux while large classrooms have an average lighting quantity of 389.66 Lux. However, for the students to be able to see the board and projector screen while writing and reading comfortably, lighting quantity control is needed. Therefore, the lighting design for classrooms needs to considered the lamp layout and the light switch design by separating the teaching area light from general light to control the light used for studying. Moreover, high ceiling requires more lamps for the classroom to have sufficient lighting quantity. In the classroom with limited space, the ceiling height should be considered in order to not exceed the number of illuminance lighting design standard necessary, which consumes electricity and is a burden for future maintenance.
