ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อการดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ของนักศึกษา: มหาวิทยาลัยแห่งหนึ่งในอำเภอพระนครศรีอยุธยา จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาเชิงสำรวจ วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวัดระดับการดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์และศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการรับรู้ต่อการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย ทัศนคติ ค่านิยม และความรู้ต่อการดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์กับการดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ ทำการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 283 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือแบบสอบถามที่ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.907 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยโลจิสติก ผลการวิจัยพบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ในระดับดื่มบ้างเป็นบางโอกาสร้อยละ 72.34 ระดับการรับรู้ต่อการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.35 ทัศนคติต่อการดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์อยู่ระดับปานกลาง ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.23 ค่านิยมต่อการดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ค่าเฉลี่ย 2.98 และความรู้ต่อการดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.15 และพบว่าการรับรู้ต่อการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายมีอิทธิพลต่อการดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ คือหากมีการรับรู้ต่อการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายมีโอกาสที่จะไม่ดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์เป็น 1.2 เท่า ผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีข้อเสนอแนะให้เป็นข้อพิจารณาต่อการแก้ไขข้อกฎหมายควบคุมเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ ในประเด็นการเข้าถึงเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ที่จะสามารถเข้าถึงได้ตลอดเวลาเพราะจะทำให้เข้าถึงได้ง่าย และสถาบันการศึกษาควรมีการจัดส่งเสริมการรับรู้ข้อกฎหมายให้เกิดความเข้าใจเพื่อลดการดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์

This research was based on surveys, studying the level of alcohol drinking to measure the level of perception on compliance with laws, attitudes, values and cognition, towards alcohol beverage drinking among undergraduate university students in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. Data were collected from 283 undergraduate university students during the 2020 academic year. The questionnaire’s reliability test was 0.907, by Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The data analysed using percentages, means. standard deviations and logistic regression. Findings indicated that the sample group occasionally drank alcohol (72.34). The level of perception on compliance with the law was the highest, with an average of 4.35. The level of attitude, values, and cognition towards alcohol drinking had an average score of 3.23, 2.98, and 3.15, respectively. The correlation between perception on compliance with laws had a statistical significance (p < 0.05) that undergraduate university students who had the perception on the effective Alcohol Beverage Control Act enforcement, had a chance to stop drinking. This is equal to about 1-2 times. Furthermore, the correlation between attitude, value, and cognition did not affect alcohol drinking, with statistical significance (p < 0.05). There are two recommendations. First, amendment of the Alcohol Beverage Control Act should consider limiting youths access to obtain alcoholic beverages at any time. Finally, academic institutions should promote the awareness of the Alcohol Beverage Control Act, in order to understand, and in reduce alcohol drinking.
