เครื่องมือที่ใช้ประเมินผลในงานวิจัยทางดนตรีบำบัด: การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

Abstract

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาจากงานวิจัยทางดนตรีบำบัดในประเด็นเกี่ยวกับเครื่องมือที่ใช้ประเมินผลสัมฤทธิ์ที่ได้รับจากการบำบัดด้วยดนตรี โดยผู้วิจัยทำการคัดเลือกงานวิจัยทางดนตรีบำบัดที่จัดทำขึ้นในประเทศไทยจากฐานข้อมูลวิทยานิพนธ์ไทย (TIAC) และฐานข้อมูลวิจัยของสถาบันการศึกษาต่าง ๆ จนได้งานวิจัยที่ตรงตามเกณฑ์ในการคัดเลือกจำนวนทั้งหมด 65 เรื่อง ซึ่งเผยแพร่ในช่วงปี พ.ศ. 2528 – 2553 เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบบันทึกสาระด้านเครื่องมือที่ใช้ประเมินผลในงานวิจัยทางดนตรีบำบัด จากนั้นทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา โดยใช้สถิติเชิงบรรยาย เพื่อจำแนก และจัดหมวดหมู่สาระจากงานวิจัย

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า งานวิจัยส่วนใหญ่ใช้เครื่องมือประเภทแบบวัดความเครียด/ความวิตกกังวล และแบบประเมินความเจ็บปวด ในจำนวนที่เท่ากัน (ร้อยละ 20) โดยส่วนใหญ่ใช้เครื่องมือในลักษณะของมาตรประมาณค่า (ร้อยละ 70.8) เครื่องมือส่วนใหญ่ใช้ประเมินผู้ที่มีความบกพร่องทางอารมณ์และจิตใจมากที่สุด (ร้อยละ 47.7) โดยมีการหาคุณภาพของเครื่องมือด้านความเที่ยงแบบ Cronbach (ร้อยละ 41.5) และมีการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหามากที่สุด (ร้อยละ 29.2) ในด้านผลการวิเคราะห์ระยะของการประเมินพบว่า เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการประเมินส่วนใหญ่ใช้ในการประเมินก่อนและหลังการบำบัด (ร้อยละ 60) และใช้ประเมินเฉพาะหลังการบำบัด (ร้อยละ 21.5)

The purpose of this study was to analyze the contents of music therapy research in Thailand emphasis on assessment tools used in measuring music therapy outcomes. There were 65 research reports in the field of music therapy in Thailand published during 1985 – 2010 selected from Thai Theses Online by TIAC and Universities Research Database. A coding form of music therapy assessment tools was used as a research instrument to collect the data from research reports. Content analysis with descriptive statistics was employed to categorize and analyze the research findings. The results of content analysis revealed that anxiety and pain assessment tools were types of the tools used most in music therapy assessment (20%). Most of the music therapy assessment tools were the rating scale (70.8%) and were used to assess people with emotional and mental disabilities (47.7%). Regarding types of reliability and validity testing used in music therapy research, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was employed most in reliability testing (41.5%) and content validity was used most in validity testing (29.2%). In terms of assessment time period, pretest and posttest period were used most (60%) in music therapy assessment, followed by posttest period only (21.5%).
