การมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการอนุรักษ์ผ้าจกไท-ยวน ตำบลคูบัว อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดราชบุรี

Abstract

งานวิจัยฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการอนุรักษ์ผ้าจกไท-ยวน 2) เปรียบเทียบระดับการมีส่วนร่วมในการอนุรักษ์ผ้าจกไท-ยวน โดยจำแนกตามเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ ระยะเวลาของการอาศัยอยู่ในพื้นที่ และรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ทั้งนี้ ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือ ซึ่งเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากประชาชนที่อาศัยอยู่ในหมู่บ้านที่ 1 – 8 ตำบลคูบัว จำนวน 390 คน ได้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบสมมติฐานด้วยค่า t-test ทดสอบเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยของตัวแปรอิสระและการทดสอบความแปรปรวนทางเดียวใช้ One - way ANOVA หรือ F-test และหากพบความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยรายคู่อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ จะใช้การเปรียบเทียบรายคู่ด้วยวิธีของเชฟเฟ่ (Scheff’s Test) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการอนุรักษ์ผ้าจกไท-ยวน ตำบลคูบัว อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดราชบุรี ในภาพรวมอยู่ที่ระดับปานกลาง เมื่อจำแนกรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีส่วนร่วมมากที่สุดเรียงตามลำดับได้แก่ ด้านการวางแผน ด้านการรักษาธำรงไว้ และด้านการเผยแพร่ 2) ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานความแตกต่างระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล พบว่า การมีส่วนร่วมในการอนุรักษ์ผ้าจกไท-ยวนของประชาชนที่มี เพศ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ ระยะเวลาที่อาศัยอยู่ และรายได้ที่แตกต่างกัน ทำให้การมีส่วนร่วมด้านการวางแผนแตกต่างกัน พบว่า อายุ ระดับการศึกษา และรายได้ที่แตกต่างกันทำให้มีส่วนร่วมด้านการรักษาธำรงไว้แตกต่างกัน สุดท้ายพบว่าระยะเวลาที่อาศัยอยู่ ที่แตกต่างกันทำให้มีส่วนร่วมด้านการเผยแพร่แตกต่างกัน 3) ข้อเสนอแนะที่พบจากการวิจัย เสนอว่า เพื่อให้เกิดการดำรงคงอยู่ที่ยั่งยืน ควรหากลยุทธ์หรือแนวทางในการอนุรักษ์ และควรมีการจัดเก็บองค์ความรู้การทอผ้าจกไท-ยวน ผ่านระบบการศึกษา ทั้งนี้ หน่วยงานภาครัฐที่เกี่ยวข้องควรให้การสนับสนุน เช่น การจัดตั้งศูนย์การเรียนรู้ชุมชน แหล่งเรียนรู้เชิงอนุรักษ์วัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่น หรือพิพิธภัณฑ์ท้องถิ่น เพื่อรวบรวมองค์ความรู้และภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นด้านต่างๆ ให้มีการถ่ายทอด สืบสานส่งต่อสู่เยาวชนรุ่นต่อไป

The aim of this research was to 1) study the community participation in conservation of Tai Yuan weaving in Khu Bua Subdistrict. 2) compare the level of community participation in Tai Yuan weaving conservation by gender, age, education level, occupation, length of stay, and average monthly income. This study was a quantitative research. The tools used were questionnaires, collecting data from 390people of the population in Moo 1 -8, Khu Bua Subdistrict by simple random sampling. The statistics used in data analysis were percentage, frequency, distribution, mean, and standard deviation. The hypotheses was tested by t-test and One-way ANOVA test. As the difference was found, it was tested by the paired difference test using the Scheffe’s Method and a preset of significance level at 0.05. The study results found that: 1) the levels of the overall community participation in conservation of Tai Yuan was found to be moderate. The highest rate of the participation was in the planning aspect, followed by the participation in preservation aspect and the participation in dissemination aspect, respectively. 2) The results of the hypothesis testing of the differences between the personal characteristics were found that the participation in conservation of Tai Yuan weaving of people with sex, education level, occupation, length of stay, and average monthly income differed at different levels of the participation in planning aspect. The participation in conservation of Tai Yuan weaving of people with age, education level, and average monthly income differenced at different level of the participation in preservation aspect and the last found that the participation in conservation of Tai Yuan weaving of people with length of stay differenced at different level of the participation in dissemination aspect. According to the recommendations of this study for sustainability, there should be a way to conserve and store knowledge. However, government agencies had to provide a source of learning, provide learning resources for preservation of local culture, and a local museum to collect knowledge and local wisdom in various areas to convey to continue to pass on to the next generation of youth.
