The results of ten total surface replacements, performed at the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery Siriraj Hospital, Bangkok (Thailand) with maximum follow up time of 10 months are presented. This procedure is applicable to younger patients because future alternative procedures such as conventional total hip replacement or hip fusion remain available. The long term results need further follow up.en_US
