This study focuses on examining the extent to which the thirteen co-production indicators divided into input, process, and output indicators and were used to examine three key local sites providing the lifelong learning services to elderly people in Thailand, including Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, and Song Kla. The result substantiates the collaborative role of various actors, including local government, private and non-governmental entities, local communities, and the elderly themselves, in providing and delivering lifelong learning services.en_US
