ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับประสิทธิผลการเฝ้าระวังและส่งเสริมพัฒนาการ เด็กแรกเกิดถึง 5 ปี ของโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล ในเขตบริการสุขภาพที่ 5

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงอรรถาธิบาย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับ ประสิทธิผลการเฝ้าระวังและส่งเสริมพัฒนาการ เด็กแรกเกิดถึง 5 ปี ของโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพ ตำาบลในเขตบริการสุขภาพ (รพ.สต.) ที่ 5 โดยปัจจัย ที่ศึกษา ได้แก่ การรับรู้ความสามารถในตนเองและ การจัดการแบบมีส่วนร่วม เก็บข้อมูลด้วยการใช้ แบบสอบถามกับบุคลากรที่รับผิดชอบงานพัฒนาการ เด็กของ รพ.สต. จำานวน 398 คน ได้รับแบบสอบถาม ตอบกลับและมีความสมบูรณ์พร้อมวิเคราะห์ จำานวน 301 ฉบับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติสัมประสิทธิ์ สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สันและถดถอยพหุ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า รพ.สต.มีประสทิ ธผิ ลฯอยู่ในระดับมาก บุคลากร ของรพ.สต.มีระดับการรับรู้ความสามารถในตนเอง และการจัดการแบบมีส่วนร่วมอยู่ในระดับมาก การรับรู้ ความสามารถและการจัดการแบบมีส่วนร่วมในตนเอง มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับประสิทธิผลฯ (r = 0.169, และ r = 0.56 ตามลำาดับ) มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวก กับประสิทธิผลฯ การรับรู้ความสามารถในตนเองและ การจัดการแบบมีส่วนร่วมสามารถร่วมกันอธิบาย ความผันแปรของประสิทธิผลฯ ได้ร้อยละ 32.0 (Adjusted R2 = 0.320, p < .001) ผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ผู้บริหารควรกำาหนดนโยบายการเสริมสร้างประสบการณ์ ในการตัดสินใจ และการเสริมสร้างระบบที่ปรึกษา ด้านวิชาการสู่การปฏิบัติ เพื่อให้บุคลากรเขตบริการ สุขภาพที่ 5 ปฏิบัติงานพัฒนาการเด็กอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และพัฒนางานให้เกิดคุณภาพยิ่งขึ้น

This research was an explanatory cross-sectional study aiming to study factors regarding the effectiveness of developmental surveillance and promotion of children from birth to 5 years in a tambon health promoting hospital of Public Health Service Provider Region 5. The sample comprised 398 staff with responsibility on surveillance and promotion of children from birth to 5 years. Only 301 of questionnaire were completed and used in the analysis. Descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation and multiple regression were used in the analysis. The results revealed that the effectiveness of developmental surveillance and promotion of children from birth to 5 years old in a tambon health promoting hospital was high. Self-efficacy and participatory management had a positive association with the effectiveness of developmental surveillance and promotion of children from birth to 5 years old (r = .169, r = .567, respectively). Based on regression analysis, participatory management and self-efficacy could explain 32.0% of the variation regarding the effectiveness of developmental surveillance and promotion of children from birth to 5 years old in a tambon health promoting hospital of Public Health Service Provider Region 5 (adjusted R2 = 0.320, p <.001). The recommendation was that, administrators of Public Health Service Provider Region 5 should set a policy to build direct experience in decision making, provide an academic consultation system for implementation and encourage participation in decision-making at managerial level to gain more competence and quality development in their tasks.
