การศึกษาความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อป้ายวงล้อแสดงระยะเวลาของโรคไข้เลือดออกในหอผู้ป่วยพิเศษ

Abstract

ผู้ป่วย ญาติและผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคไข้เลือดออกเดงกี ควรมีความรู้เข้าใจถึงการสังเกตอาการและปฏิบัติตนในแต่ละช่วงระยะเวลาดำเนินโรค ซึ่งเป็นส่วนสำคัญยิ่งในการรักษา ทีมผู้วิจัยจึงได้จัดทำป้ายวงล้อแสดงระยะเวลาของโรคไข้เลือดออก โดยมีรายละเอียด ดังนี้ แบ่งระยะการดำเนินโรคเป็น 3 ระยะ ประกอบด้วย 1.ระยะไข้ 2.ระยะวิกฤต/ช็อก 3.ระยะฟื้นตัว ซึ่งแต่ละช่วงภายในป้ายวงล้อ มีอาการสำคัญที่ต้องสังเกตและข้อควรปฏิบัติตัวของผู้ป่วยในระยะต่าง ๆ โดยพยาบาลจะให้ความรู้และมอบป้ายวงล้อให้ผู้ป่วยและญาติได้อ่านทำความเข้าใจและปฏิบัติตนตามคำแนะนำ เครื่องมือในการวิจัย ป้ายวงล้อแสดงระยะเวลาของโรคไข้เลือดออก หนังสือแสดงเจตนายินยอมเข้าร่วมการวิจัย เอกสารชี้แจงผู้เข้าร่วมการวิจัย แบบประเมินระดับความพึงพอใจของผู้ป่วย ญาติ ผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยและพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่มีต่อป้ายวงล้อแสดงระยะเวลาของโรคไข้เลือดออก วิธีการศึกษา เก็บข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถามระดับความพึงพอใจผู้ป่วย ญาติ และผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยในขณะที่เข้ารับการรักษาในโรงพยาบาลและเข้ารับการรักษาในหอผู้ป่วยพิเศษ 1 และพิเศษ 2 ระหว่างวันที่ 15 กรกฎาคม – 15 ธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2563 จำนวน 50 รายและเก็บข้อมูลความพึงพอใจของพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานในหอผู้ป่วยพิเศษ จำนวน 17 ราย (พยาบาลหอผู้ป่วยพิเศษ 1 จำนวน 8 ราย และหอผู้ป่วยพิเศษ 2 จำนวน 9 ราย) ในโรงพยาบาลเวชศาสตร์เขตร้อน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผลการตอบแบบสอบถามระดับความพึงพอใจต่อป้ายวงล้อของผู้ป่วย ญาติ และผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วย ความพึงพอใจโดยรวม มีระดับความพึงพอใจมากที่สุดร้อยละ 88 และมากร้อยละ 12 และผลการความพึงพอใจของพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานในหอผู้ป่วยพิเศษต่อป้ายวงล้อโดยรวม มีระดับความพึงพอใจมากที่สุดร้อยละ 40 ระดับมากร้อยละ 53.33 และระดับปานกลางร้อยละ 6.67

Patients, relatives, and caregivers of dengue hemorrhagic fever should understand how to observe symptoms and take action during the disease progression, which is an essential part of treatment. Therefore, the researchers then created the Timeline of Dengue. The details are as follows: Dividing the disease into 3 stages consisting of 1. Fever stage 2. Critical / shock phase 3. Recovery phase in which each stage within the wheel consists of important symptoms that must be observed and the patient's conduct at different stages. Nurses will educate and give the Timeline of Dengue to patients and their relatives to read, understand and act according to instructions. Research Instrument The wheel that show the duration of dengue fever, consent form, Clarification letter, and The Satisfaction Survey form of patients, relatives, caregivers, and nurses towards the Timeline of Dengue. Method Data were collected from the Satisfaction Survey form of patients, relatives, and caregivers towards the Timeline of Dengue while hospitalized in the Private Ward 1 and the Private Ward 2 between 15 July - 15 December 2020, 50 cases. And data were collected from the Satisfaction Survey form of 17 nurses (Private ward 1, 8 nurses, and Private ward 2, 9 nurses) in the Hospital for Tropical Diseases. Results The results of the satisfaction survey form of patients, relatives, and caregivers towards the Timeline of Dengue; level 5 (most satisfaction) was 88%, and level 4 (more satisfaction) was 12%. The result of the satisfaction survey form of nurses who are working in Private Wards; level 5 (most satisfaction) was 40%, level 4 (more satisfaction) was 53.33%, and level 3 (neutral) was 6.67%.
