การวิเคราะห์กระบวนการเก็บข้อมูลด้านการวิจัย คณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล เป็นการเก็บรวมรวมข้อมูลและวิเคราะห์ระดับความพึงพอใจของอาจารย์ นักวิจัย เจ้าหน้าที่สายสนับสนุน และเจ้าหน้าที่ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อเป็นแนวทางศึกษาผลสำเร็จในกระบวนการเก็บข้อมูลด้านการวิจัย และตอบสนองความต้องการและความคาดหวังของบุคลากร เพื่อใช้เป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐานสำหรับผู้บริหารในการวางแฟนและพัฒนาระบบบริหารจัดการกระบวนการเก็บข้อมูลด้านการวิจัย ดังนั้นการสำรวจความพึงพอใจในครั้งนี้จึงเป็นกลไกอย่างหนึ่งในการพัฒนากระบวนการเก็บข้อมูลด้านการวิจัยของคณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล
จากการวิเคราะห์กระบวนการเก็บข้อมูลด้านการวิจัย คณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล โดยดำเนินการเก็บข้อมูลความพึงพอใจจากกลุ่มประชากร จำนวน 277 คน พบว่าร้อยละ 58.1 ของอาจารย์ นักวิจัย เจ้าหน้าที่สายสนับสนุนและเจ้าหน้าที่ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ให้ความร่วมมือโดยการให้ความคิดเห็นในการสำรวจความพึงพอใจเป็นมาตรส่วนประมาณ 5 ค่า ระบบของลิเคิร์ท (Likert Scale) จากแบบสอบถาม และพบว่าระดับความพึงพอใจของแต่ละหัวข้อมีดังนี้ การวางแผนการจัดเก็บข้อมูลวิจัยของคณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์ คะแนนเฉลี่ย 3.28 มีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ความพึงพอใจต่อกระบวนการเก็บข้อมูลด้านการวิจัย คะแนนเฉลี่ย 3.15 มีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โอการในการพัฒนากระบวนการเก็บข้อมูลด้านการวิจัย คะแนนเฉลี่ย 3.74 มีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก การเผยแพร่ข้อมูลด้านการวิจัย คะแนนเฉลี่ย 3.35 มีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง
จากภาพรวมทุกหัวข้อการประเมินระดับความพึงพอใจได้คะแนนเฉลี่ย 3.45 มีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ตำแหน่งทางวิชาการของสายวิชาการ ได้แก่ อาจารย์ ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์
รองศาสตราจารย์ และศาสตราจารย์ ส่งผลต่อตัวแปรด้านการวางแผนการจัดเก็บข้อมูลวิจัยของ
คณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์ ความพึงพอใจต่อกระบวนการเก็บข้อมูลด้านการวิจัย และโอกาสในการพัฒนากระบวนการเก็บข้อมูลด้านการวิจัยอย่างนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่นร้อยละ 95 (p< 0.05)
This article analysed the satisfaction towards the research data collection process in Mahidol University Faculty of Dentistry (MUFD). The level of satisfaction for data collection and analysis the data from researchers and support staff was analysed. The research data collection process basedon the administrative plan of the researcher, involve expectations of staff and evaluating the need for a staff support, so that MUFD need to set up a mechanism for measuring the level of satisfaction for research data collection process. Among the 277 sheets collected, 161(58.1%) were considered for the study. The results showed the means of satisfaction at 3.28 for data collection plan, 3.15 for satisfaction in research data collection process, 3.74 for data collection opportunities, 3.74 for data analysis and entry, and 3.35 for promotion of research and data collection. Overall, the study showed the researchers were moderately highly satisfied with their research data collection process. Data collection processes are the tools and approaches used to collect research data. In the study, it was found that academic position of the staff had an effect on the data collection process because of differences in the quality of assessment in data collection plan, satisfaction in research collection process, and data collection opportunities. In confession, research data collection had moderate to high satisfaction levels among the researchers. It is an important aspect of research as inaccurate data collection can impact the results
