Eubacterium bacteremia is rare. We report a senile patient who presented with 3 episodes of bacteremia, caused by Clostridium perfringens, Eubacterium limosum and Escherichia coli, respectively, which led to the diagnosis of adenocarcinoma of the colon. A differential diagnosis of colon cancer should be considered in patients with eubacterium bacteremia.en_US
