The PEDS-Thai is a developmental screening tool. We studied its diagnostic performance among 137 Thai children (48.9%) aged 18-30 month. It had a sensitivity of 92.8% and a specificity of 49.2%. The positive and negative likelihood ratios were 1.82 and 0.14 when compared with clinical diagnosis and diagnostic tool, the Mullen Scales of Early Learning.en_US
