Abstract

การเยี่ยมบ้านเด็กถูกทารุณกรรมแบบทีมสหวิชาชีพมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อรวบรวมข้อเท็จจริงของเด็ก ครอบครัว ชุมชน และสภาพแวดล้อม การสร้างสัมพันธภาพระหว่างทีมสหวิชาชีพและครอบครัว จำเป็นอย่างยิ่งต้องอาศัยทักษะและเทคนิคต่าง ๆ ได้แก่ ทักษะการสัมภาษณ์ ทักษะการสังเกต ทักษะการสร้างสัมพันธภาพและการสื่อสาร ทักษะการจดบันทึกและทักษะการจัดระบบส่งต่อ การวางแผนเยี่ยมบ้านพร้อมทีมสหวิชาชีพ ตลอดจนการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นภายหลังการเยี่ยมบ้าน เพื่อพัฒนาแนวทางบำบัดรักษาและฟื้นฟูเด็กและครอบครัวอย่างต่อเนื่อง

Child abuse care conducted by multidisciplinary􀀃 teams is aimed to gather information from families, communities, and environment of abused children. In this intervention, the building of professional relationship between the family and interdisciplinary team is needed, based on skills and technique, i e, interviewing skills, observation skills, skills in professional relationship and communication, recording skills, referring skills, planning for home visit by interdisciplinary teams, as well as analysis of the post - home visit; all these are essential to continue the development of guidelines for treatment and rehabilitation of the abused child and family.
