คุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานและประสิทธิผลองค์การเรือนจำกลางเขาบิน จังหวัดราชบุรี

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานและประสิทธิผลองค์การของเรือนจำกลางเขาบิน จังหวัดราชบุรี 2) ศึกษาเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลกับระดับคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของเรือนจำกลางเขาบิน จังหวัดราชบุรี และ 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานและประสิทธิผลองค์การของเรือนจำกลางเขาบิน จังหวัดราชบุรี โดยเก็บแบบสอบถามจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ เจ้าหน้าที่เรือนจำกลางเขาบิน จำนวน 108 คน และใช้สถิติในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์แปรปรวน และการวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ระดับคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของเจ้าหน้าที่เรือนจำกลางเขาบิน จังหวัดราชบุรี ในภาพรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และระดับประสิทธิผลองค์การของเรือนจำกลางเขาบิน จังหวัดราชบุรี ในภาพรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับสูง ผลการเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา สถานภาพ และรายได้ต่อเดือน กับคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานพบว่าปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลที่แตกต่างกัน มีระดับคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานที่ไม่แตกต่างกัน และผลการวิเคราะห์สหสัมพันธ์ พบว่าระดับความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานกับประสิทธิผลองค์การมีความสัมพันธ์กันในทางบวก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

The objectives of this study were 1) to study the quality of working life and organization effectiveness of Khaobin Central Prison, Ratchaburi province, 2) to compare the differences between personal factors and the quality of working life of Khaobin Central Prison, Ratchaburi province, and 3) to study the relationship between the quality of working life and organization effectiveness of Khaobin Central Prison, Ratchaburi province. The sample consisted of Khaobin Central Prison officials, a total of 108 persons. Data was collected by questionnaire. The statistical methods used in this research were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, analysis of variance, and correlation analysis. The results of the study were as follows: the overall average for the level of quality of working life was moderate, and the overall average for the organization effectiveness was high. The results of differences comparison showed that the differences in genders, ages, educations, job status and incomes were not significantly different for the quality of working life. The results of correlation analysis showed that the quality of working life had a statistically significant positive correlation with the organization effectiveness at the .01 level.
