ผลการรักษาด้วยเก้าอี้สุขภาพ

Abstract

านวิจัยนี้ได้ศึกษาประสิทธิผลของการรักษาด้วยเก้าอี้สุขภาพในผู้ป่วยด้วยโรคหรืออาการต่างๆ 6 ประเภท คือ ปวดข้อและกล้ามเนื้อ เครียด นอนไม่หลับ ภูมิแพ้ ความดันโลหิตสูงและ เบาหวาน โดยทำการศึกษาในกลุ่มตัวอย่างซึ่งมารับบริการที่คลินิกเก้าอี้สุขภาพระหว่างเดือนมีนาคมถึงเดือนกันยายนปี 2540 จำนวน 61 ราย แต่สามารถนั่งเก้าอี้ครบตามกำหนด 30 ครั้ง (7 ครั้งแรกใช้เก้าอี้ 7,000 โวลต์ และ 23 ครั้งใช้เก้าอี้ 30,000 โวลต์ ครั้งละ 30 นาที) เพียง 47 ราย ในจำนวนนี้ 31 รายมีอาการปวดข้อและกล้ามเนื้อ, 8 รายเป็นโรคภูมิแพ้, 5 รายมีอาการนอนไม่หลับ, 5 รายมีความดันโลหิตสูง และ 4 รายเป็นโรคเบาหวาน ได้ทำการเจาะเลือดผู้ป่วยทุกรายก่อนนั่งเก้าอี้สุขภาพและเมื่อสิ้นสุดการรักษา เพื่อศึกษาเปรียบ เทียบการเปลี่ยนแปลงของ hemoglobin, hematocrit, white blood cells (differential counts), electrolytes (Na⁺, K⁺, Ca⁺⁺, Cl⁻ ions) , uric acid, BUN, creatinine, fasting blood sugar, cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL, และ LDL ก่อนและหลังการรักษา นอกจากนี้ยังประเมินประสิทธิผลการรักษาจากอาการและความรู้สึกเกี่ยวกับปัญหาสุขภาพของผู้ป่วย ซึ่งผลการศึกษาพบว่าค่าปริมาณต่างๆ ในเลือดของผู้ป่วยก่อนและหลังการรักษาด้วยเก้าอี้สุขภาพคงเดิม และอยู่ในเกณฑ์ปกติ ส่วนอาการหรือโรคที่ผู่ป่วยรู้สึกดีขึ้นภายหลังการรักษาคือ ปวดข้อและกล้ามเนื้อ เครียด นอนไม่หลับ และภูมิแพ้ ส่วนความดันโลหิตสูงและเบาหวานไม่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงไปจากก่อนนั่งเก้าอี้ สุขภาพ

This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of Healthtron treatment of the 6 health problems: arthralgia and myalgia from degenerative changes, stress, insomnia, allergy, hypertension and diabetes mellitus. The subjects recruited were 61 cases, but only 47 were completed the program in which composed of 31 cases of arthralgia and myalgia, 8 cases of allergy, 5 cases of insomnia, 5 cases of hypertension, 5 cases of stress and 4 cases of diabetes mellitus. Blood composition of subjects such as hemoglobin, hematocrit, white blood cells and differential count, electrolytes(Na⁺, K⁺, Ca⁻⁻ions, Cl⁻ ) , uric acid, BUN, creatinine, fasting blood sugar, cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL, LDL were studied by comparing before and after Healthtron treatment. The subjective symptoms of those 6 health problems were also evaluated after completed 30 times of Healthtron treatment. Subjects were instructed to have Healthtron treatment 30 times continuously, and sat for 30 minutes for each. The Healthtron used was 9000 volts for 7 times and 30,000 volts for 23 times. Results revealed that all the studied blood composition before and after treatment were the same and showed within normal range. The subjective symptoms of those having arthralgia and myalgia, stress, insomnia and allergic problems showed improvement after treatment, but hypertention and diabetes mellitus were not improved.
