การช่วยเหลือทางการศึกษาเพื่อส่งเสริมพัฒนาการและการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียนที่มีภาวะออทิซึมในสถานศึกษา : การทบทวนวรรณกรรมอย่างเป็นระบบ

Abstract

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสังเคราะห์งานวิจัยด้านการช่วยเหลือทางการศึกษาเพื่อส่งเสริมพัฒนาการและการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียนที่มีภาวะออทิซึม ด้วยวิธีการทบทวนวรรณกรรมอย่างเป็นระบบ จากบทความวิจัยจำนวนทั้งหมด 26 เรื่อง ที่ตีพิมพ์เผยแพร่ ตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2551 จนถึง พ.ศ. 2561 สืบค้นจากฐานข้อมูลออนไลน์ Thaijo และ TCI โดยแบ่งการสังเคราะห์ออกเป็น 3 ด้าน คือ 1) ด้านการตีพิมพ์และผู้วิจัย 2) ด้านระเบียบวิธีวิจัย และ 3) ด้านเนื้อหาการวิจัย และการช่วยเหลือทางการศึกษาเพื่อส่งเสริมพัฒนาการและการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียนที่มีภาวะออทิซึม วิเคราะห์และนำเสนอข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงบรรยาย ผลการสังเคราะห์งานวิจัยพบว่า งานวิจัยส่วนใหญ่ตีพิมพ์ในปี พ.ศ. 2560-2561 (38.46%) ซึ่งมาจากวารสารมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏมหาสารคาม มากที่สุด (11.53%) แบบแผนการทดลองที่ถูกใช้มากที่สุด คือ Single - subject design (65.38%) และมีการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ Descriptive statistics มากที่สุด (65.38%) งานวิจัยส่วนใหญ่ดำเนินการทดลองในโรงเรียนเรียนร่วม (61.53%) ซึ่งจัดการทดลองในชั้นเรียนร่วมมากที่สุด (53.84%) ในด้านการช่วยเหลือทางการศึกษาเพื่อส่งเสริมพัฒนาการและการเรียนรู้ที่ใช้มากที่สุด ได้แก่ การสอนเรื่องราวทางสังคม (Social Stories), โปรแกรมการปรับพฤติกรรม, กิจกรรมการเคลื่อนไหว และ กิจกรรมดนตรี ซึ่งมีจำนวนเท่ากัน (11.53%) และพัฒนาการ/การเรียนรู้ที่ส่งเสริมมากที่สุด คือ พัฒนาการ ด้านสังคม (34.61%)

The purpose of this study was to synthesize research articles on educational interventions for enhancing the development and learning of student with autism spectrum disorder in school setting by using systematic review. 26 research published during 2008 to 2018 from online database, Thaijo and TCI, were used to synthesize the data. The synthesis was categorized into three areas: 1) publications and researchers, 2) research methodology, and 3) research contents and educational interventions for enhancing the development and learning of student with autism spectrum disorder. Descriptive statistics were used to analyze data and present the findings. The result of the systematic review indicated that most of the research article were issued from 2017 to 2018 (38.46%) and published by Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University Journal (11.53%). The most frequently used Research design was Single - subject design (65.38%) and the most common data analysis method was Descriptive statistics (65.38%) The experiments were most conducted in inclusive schools (61.53%) by delivering intervention in an Inclusive classroom (53.84%) and In terms of educational interventions, the social stories, behavior modification, movement activities, and music activities were used most to support the students (11.53%) Additionally, the development and learning supported most was social development (34.61%).
