การเสพติดโทรศัพท์มือถือแบล็คเบอรี่ของวัยรุ่นในเขตเทศบาลนครขอนแก่น

Abstract

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาลักษณะทางประชากรของวัยรุ่นที่มีพฤติกรรมการ เสพติดโทรศัพท์มือถือแบล็คเบอรี่ 2) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการเสพติดโทรศัพท์มือถือแบล็คเบอรี่ และ 3) ศึกษาผลกระทบของการเสพติดโทรศัพท์มือถือแบล็คเบอรี่ที่มีต่อวัยรุ่น กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือวัยรุ่นหญิง-ชาย อายุ 16-18 ปี ที่มีพฤติกรรมเสพติดการใช้โทรศัพท์มือถือแบล็คเบอรี่ อาศัยอยู่ในเขตเทศบาลเมือง อ.เมือง จ.ขอนแก่น รวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 400 คน และการสนทนากลุ่ม กลุ่ม ตัวอย่างจำนวน 12 คน โดยการเสพติดโทรศัพท์มือถือแบล็คเบอรี่ของวัยรุ่น ใช้เกณฑ์การเสพติดที่ปรับปรุง จากแบบกำหนดวิธีการวินิจฉัยผู้ที่มีอาการเสพติดของสมาคมจิตแพทย์อเมริกัน ผลการศึกษาพบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่าง เป็นเพศหญิงมากกว่าเพศชาย ส่วนใหญ่มีรายได้เฉลี่ย 2,000-3,000 บาทต่อเดือน ใช้โทรศัพท์มือถือมากกว่า 4 ชั่วโมงต่อวัน ใช้โทรศัพท์มือถือแบล็คเบอรี่มาแล้ว ไม่เกิน 1 ปี และมาจากครอบครัวที่ผู้ปกครองอาศัยอยู่ด้วยกัน เพื่อน ครอบครัว ช่องทางการสื่อสาร และ ความรู้สึกเชิงลบภายในตนเอง เป็นปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการใช้โทรศัพท์มือถือแบล็คเบอรี่ โดยเพื่อนและ ช่องทางการสื่อสารเป็นปัจจัยที่ส่งผลมากที่สุด การทำให้มีเพื่อนมากขึ้นเป็นผลกระทบเชิงบวกที่มีค่าเฉลี่ย สูงสุด และการทำไห้ไม่มีเวลาอ่านและทบทวนบทเรียนเป็นผลกระทบเชิงลบที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด สำหรับ การแก้ไขปัญหาการเสพติดโทรศัพท์มือถือแบล็คเบอรี่ของวัยรุ่น คือการสนับสนุนให้วัยรุ่นมีช่องทางการ สื่อสารและกิจกรรมอื่นๆ ที่ทำให้วัยรุ่นมีทางเลือกแทนการใช้โทรศัพท์มือถือ และการให้ความรู้ความ เข้าใจเรื่องการใช้เทคโนโลยีการสื่อสารที่ถูกต้องแก่วัยรุ่น

This paper aims to study teenagers' demographic characteristics that exhibited BlackBerry addiction, to study the causes that influence BlackBerry addiction and to study the effects of BlackBerry addiction on teenagers. The representative sample of this study is teenagers, aged 16-18 years, who displayed BlackBerry addiction, and lived in Nakhon Khonkaen municipal area, Khonkaen province. The data was collected by using a questionnaire with 400 samples and direct observation using focus groups with 12 samples. Analysis of teenagers' BlackBerry addiction is based on an addiction criterion adapted from An American Psychiatric Association's Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders. Major findings revealed that the samples lived with their parents and that there are more females than males. Most had an average monthly income of about 2,000-3,000 baht. This sample used mobile phones more than 4 hours per day and have been using BlackBerry for less than 1 year. The main causes that influence their BlackBerry usage are friends, family, communication channels and their inner negative feelings, which friends and communication channels further influenced. The study found that meeting new people and expanding networks was the most common positive effect, while having no time for reading and reviewing academic lessons was the most common negative effect. The results of this study may help fixed solutions to Blackberry addiction in the form of alternative communication channels and responsible use of communication technology.
