Abstract
The aim of this research was to study the operation and environmental aspects of car service center in order for evaluate the environmental performance and introduce a set of Environmental Performance Indicators (EPIs). EPIs selected based Operational Performance Indicators (OPIs) and Management Performance Indicators (MPIs). This study uses the ISO 14031 as a guideline for the model of developing Environmental Performance Indicators (EPIs). Environmental Risk Assessment was used to identify the significant environmental aspects, and the environmental performance evaluation used environmental performance indicators as the criteria. The study was base on the environmental management system procedure and interviewed directly the management and representatives of Environmental Management Representative of 9 car service centers of Toyota Metropolitan Co., Ltd. The results found that 17 operational performance indicators in response to 5 significant environment aspects and 10 management performance indicators in response to 8 significant environment aspects were selected for a car service center. Environmental Performance Evaluation for the car service centers found that 4 were excellent, 3 were good, 1 was fine and 1 needed improvement. Management Performance Evaluation of car service centers found that 5 had excellent management and 4 had good management.
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการปฏิบัติงานและสภาพปัญหาด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมของ ศูนย์บริการรถยนต์ ในการนำมาประเมินสภาพแวดล้อมและจัดทำดัชนีชี้วัดด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมของศูนย์บริการรถยนต์ที่เหมาะสม จากการศึกษาได้คัดเลือกดัชนีวัดผลงานด้านการปฏิบัติงานและ ดัชนีวัดผลด้านการจัดการ โดยพัฒนาวิธีการมาจากมาตรฐานการประเมินผลการดำเนินการด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม (ISO 140031) ผู้วิจัยได้ใช้เทคนิคการประเมินความเสี่ยงด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม มาเพื่อใช้ในการคัดเลือกดัชนีชี้วัดด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม การรวบรวมข้อมูลจาการสัมภาษณ์ ผู้แทนฝ่ายบริหารจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมหรือตัวแทนของศูนย์บริการรถยนต์ 9 แห่งของบริษัท โตโยต้ามหานคร จำกัด พบว่า ดัชนีชี้วัดด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมสำหรับศูนย์บริการรถยนต์มีดังนี้ ดัชนีวัดผลงานด้านการปฏิบัติการ มีทั้งหมด 5 กลุ่ม 17 ตัวชี้วัดและดัชนีวัดผลด้านการจัดการ มีทั้งหมด 8 กลุ่ม 10 ตัวชี้วัด สำหรับการประเมินสภาพแวดล้อมของศูนย์บริการรถยนต์ พบว่า สถานบริการส่วนใหญ่มีสภาพแวดล้อมอยู่ระดับดีมาก 4 ศูนย์ อยู่ในระดับดีมี 3 ศูนย์ อยู่ในระดับพอใช้ 1 ศูนย์และระดับที่ต้องปรับปรุง 1 ศูนย์ การประเมินการจัดการด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมของศูนย์บริการรถยนต์ พบว่าศูนย์บริการรถยนต์มีระบบการจัดการด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมอยู่ในระดับที่ดีมาก 5 ศูนย์บริการและอยู่ในระดับดี 4 ศูนย์บริการ
