การมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองในการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนทีปังกรวิทยาพัฒน์ (วัดประดู่) ในพระราชูปถัมภ์ฯ จังหวัดสมุทรสงคราม

Abstract

การศึกษาวิจัยการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองในการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองในการจัดการศึกษา, 2) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองในการจัดการศึกษา, 3) ศึกษาเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นต่อการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองในการจัดการศึกษา และ 4) นำเสนอแนวทางในการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองในการจัดการศึกษาให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด เป็นการวิจัยด้วยวิธีผสมผสานโดยใช้เครื่องมือแบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้างในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลกับกลุ่ม ตัวอย่างซึ่งเป็นผู้บริหาร ครูประจำชั้น และผู้ปกครองของนักเรียน ผ่านวิธีการวิเคราะห์โดยการนำข้อมูลที่ได้จากการสัมภาษณ์กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ผู้วิจัยได้คัดเลือกเอาไว้ มาสรุปเพื่อหาข้อสรุป ประเด็นสำคัญ ที่จะนำไปใช้ร่วมกับการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลในเชิงปริมาณจากแบบสอบถาม ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองในการจัดการศึกษาในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง การจัดการให้ผู้ปกครองมีส่วนร่วมทางการจัดการศึกษาเป็นปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองในการจัดการศึกษา โดยระดับการศึกษาของผู้ปกครองที่แตกต่างกันเป็นปัจจัยระดับความคิดเห็นต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการศึกษาที่แตกต่างกัน

The research of parental participation in educational management of the school aimed to: 1) Study the level of parental participation in educational management, 2) Study the relationship between the factors of parental participation in educational management. 3) To study and compare opinions on parental participation in educational management, and 4) To present guidelines for parental participation in educational management for maximum efficiency. It is a mixed method research using questionnaires and structured interview forms to collect data with samples of administrators, class teachers, and parents of students through analytical methods. The data obtained from the sample interview that the researcher has selected conclude to find a summary of essential points that will use in conjunction with quantitative data analysis from the questionnaire. The results of the study revealed that the level of parental participation in educational management was at a moderate level. Management for parents to participate in educational management is a factor that affects the level of parental participation in educational management. The different educational level of parents is the level of opinion towards participation in different educational management.
