การดนตรีศึกษาในสถาบันการศึกษาของรัฐประเทศสาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว

Abstract

การศึกษาวิจัยเรื่อง การดนตรีศึกษาในสถาบันการศึกษาของรัฐ ประเทศ ส.ป.ป.ลาว กรณีศึกษาโรงเรียน ศิลปะดนตรีแห่งชาติและโรงเรียนสร้างครูศิลปศึกษาชั้นกลาง เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา ประวัติพัฒนาการการเรียนการสอน ทั้งในอดีตและปัจจุบัน ในด้านหลักสูตร กระบวนการจัดเรียน สื่อ สภาพ แวดล้อม ที่เอื้อต่อการสอน ปัญหาอุปสรรค์ในการจัดการศึกษาและความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหาร นักวิชาการ ครู นักเรียนและผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเรียนการสอนศิลปะดนตรีของลาว ผลการวิจัยพบว่า โรงเรียนศิลปะดนตรีแห่งชาติดำเนินการเรียนการสอนทฤษฎีดนตรีและการปฏิบัติเครื่องดนตรีและจัดให้ เรียนภาควิชาสามัญศึกษาชั้นมัธยมต้นและมัธยมปลายโรงเรียนสร้างครูศิลปศึกษาชั้นกลางดำเนินการเรียน การสอนทฤษฎีดนตรีและการปฏิบัติเครื่องดนตรีแต่ไม่จัดให้เรียนภาควิชาสามัญศึกษา ด้านหลัดสูตรพบว่า ทั้งสอง โรงเรียนมีการกำหนดรายวิชาเรียนปฏิบัติเรื่องความรู้ทั้งดนตรีพื้นเมืองลาวและดนตรีสากลไว้เป็นอย่างดี ด้านการ เรียนการสอนพบว่าทั้งด้านครุพันธ์ เครื่องดนตรี และตำรามีไม่เพียงพอกับจำนวนนักเรียน โรงเรียนทั้ง 2 แห่ง มีอาคารไม่เพียงพอ ห้องเรียน ห้องเรียนไม่ได้มาตรฐาน ด้านปัญหาและอุปสรรค์ในการจัดการเรียนการสอนพบว่า ขาดแคลนงบประมาณในการจัดซื้ออุปกรณ์ ขาดแคลนบุคลากรครูผู้สอน นักเรียนที่ได้รับการคัดเลือกเข้ามาเรียน ดนตรีไม่มีความรู้พื้นฐานดนตรี ความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหาร นักวิชาการ ครู นักเรียนและผู้เกี่ยวข้องกับการเรียนการสอนดนตรี พบว่า ควรปรับปรุงหลักสูตร เนื้อหาสาระทางดนตรีควรให้หลากหลายและทันสมัย การเรียนการสอนควรเน้นทั้งศิลปะ ดนตรีพื้นเมืองลาวและดนตรีสากล ให้เจริญไปพร้อม ๆ กัน ครูผู้สอนควรพัฒนาด้านการเรียนการสอนโดยยึดผู้เรียนเป็นศูนย์กลาง ควรจัดหาครูและครุพันธ์กานศึกษาให้เพียงพอกับความต้องการของผู้เรียน และขยายการแลกเปลี่ยนวิชาการด้านดนตรีกับต่างประเทศด้วย

This study focuses on music education in Lao P.D.R. and consists of a case study of the National School of the Music and Dance and Music and Art Teacher Training School. The is a qualitative research project and the objectives are to study the history of teaching and learning; curriculum; teaching procedures; teaching materials; atmosphere; problems and obstacles; and the opinions of administrators, educators, teachers, students, and academic persons in relation to Lao music education. The results are This study showers that the National School of Music and Dance has courses in music theory and music performance and also compulsory courses for secondary education. On the other hand, the Music and Art Teacher Training School has courses music theory and music performance without compulsory courses for secondary education. As for the curriculum, both schools have well-designed courses for folk music and classical music. Teaching procedures, teaching materials, musical instruments and textbooks are not sufficient for the students, and both schools lack standard classrooms and buildings.The major problems and obstacles are the budgetary limitations for teaching materials, teachers, and in students who lack basic knowledge in music. The study also revealed that administrators, educators, teachers, students, and academic persons in relation with Lao music education believe that the curriculum should be improved and brought up to date, teaching should emphasize both folk music and classical music; teachers should use student-centered teaching styles; and teaching materials; there should be teachers sufficient for the students, and that academic cooperation with other countries should be promoted.
