Abstract
Telemedicine usage wasn't originally utilized that much around the world. According to statistics regarding data collection, there were 300,000 users worldwiderecorded previously. Throughout the Covid-19 epidemic, telemedicine technology waspreviously overlooked but has gained significant attention from the public society since2020. In Thailand, Chulalongkorn Hospital and the Thai Red Cross Society aimed for individuals to switch to telemedicine within 1 year to decrease the number of individuals seeking medical care at hospitals by 20 percent from 5,000 people to 1,000 people.Presently, the rate of smartphone usage is prevalent among individuals of various ages. Users can utilize applications in daily life smoothly on their mobile devices. Therefore, researchers foresaw that telemedicine comprises user-friendly applications which are easy to utilize and understand. The theory of user experience design and the user-system interface has represented the necessity for users in various fields arranged in a pyramidal order to study together with interpretive factors, for example enjoyment, convenience, speed reliability, credibility, and so on. Subsequently, the method of the study utilized for this research comprised qualitative research. The study was conducted with a population of individuals who had experience using telemedicine applications. Individuals participated in answering surveys which were utilized in analyzing the results of studying various design factors and had affected the users of the telemedicine applications.Subsequently, this has become an essential factor in upgrading the public health system.With telemedicine, individuals have easy access to telemedicine which is both applicable and a harmonious portion of every individual's livelihood. IMPLICATION OF THEMATIC PAPER. This research aimed to assess the factors of user experience design, and the user-system interface which affect the utilization of telemedicine applications. In addition, the design was improved to be fully responsive to the user both in terms of user experience (UX) and the user-system interface (UI).
เดิมทีการใช้งานเทเลเมดของทั่วโลกไม่ได้สูงมากนัก จากการเก็บข้อมูลของ Statista พบว่ามีผู้ใช้งานเพียง 3 แสนรายทั่วโลก และปัจจุบันเทคโนโลยีด้านสาธารณสุขด้วยระบบ การแพทย์ทางไกลผ่านทางแอปพลิเคชันที่ถูกมองข้ามไปก่อนหน้านี้ กลับมาได้รับความสนใจ เพิ่มขึ้นจากประชาชนในสังคมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ในช่วงการแพร่ระบาด COVID-19 ในประเทศไทย โรงพยาบาลจุฬาลงกรณ์ สภากาชาดไทยตั้งเป้าหมายให้คนเปลี่ยนมาใช้เทเลเมดภายในระยะเวลา 1 ปี เพื่อลดจำนวนคนมาโรงพยาบาลร้อยละ 20 จาก 5,000 คน เหลือ 1,000 คน ซึ่งในปัจจุบันอัตรา การใช้สมาร์ทโฟนเป็นที่แพร่หลายในคนหลากหลายช่วงอายุ ผู้ใช้สามารถใช้งานแอปพลิเคชันต่างๆ ในชีวิตประจำวันได้อย่างลื่นไหล ผู้วิจัยจึงเล็งเห็นว่า หากเ
