Abstract
The objectives of the research were to study the knowledge on smoking, the smoking hazards and health care from smoking of Royal Thai Air Force (RTAF) headquarters officials. Three-hundred and four officials in the Royal Thai Air Force (RTAF) headquarters were the sample. A questionnaire was the instrument for data collection. Data was analysed through amount, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Chi-square with SPSS. The results of this search were that different personal data and knowledge on smoking had a significant effect on life quality. Most samples had a good knowledge on smoking. Some of them had a fair knowledge on smoking, and some of them had a smoking habit. They had known the danger of smoking but they need to smoke cigarettes. Recommendations for this research were that the Royal Thai Air Force (RTAF) should encourage the no smoking campaign more. Checking the health annual, some men had reduced smoking. Non-smoking men had a right to protection.
