Abstract
วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้ได้อธิบายถึงการออกแบบและพัฒนาระบบผู้เชี่ยวชาญ เพื่อคัดกรองผู้ป่วยที่มีภาวะการกลืนผิดปกติอันเนื่องมาจากโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง โดยนำความรู้จากผู้เชี่ยวชาญและตำราเอกสารความรู้ด้านการกลืนต่าง ๆ มาสร้างเป็นฐานความรู้ ซึ่งการประเมินการกลืนของระบบใช้เทคนิคการแสดงความรู้แบบกฎ (If-then rules) ส่วนกลไกการอนุมานใช้เทคนิคการอนุมานแบบย้อนกลับ (Backward chaining) ระบบผู้เชี่ยวชาญนี้ถูกพัฒนาขึ้นโดยใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Visual Basic.NET 2005 ทำงานบนเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ส่วนบุคคล ภายใต้ระบบปฏิบัติการ Microsoft Windows XP มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อช่วยในการประเมินภาวะการกลืนที่ผิดปกติในผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมองให้ได้ใกล้เคียงกับผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่เป็นมนุษย์ให้มากที่สุด ระบบจะแบ่งออกเป็นสองส่วน ส่วนแรกเป็นส่วนของการประเมินหาการกลืนที่ผิดปกติและให้คำ แนะนำ ในการดูแลรักษา ส่วนที่สองเป็นส่วนความรู้ทั่วไปเกี่ยวกับภาวะการกลืนผิดปกติ ผลของการศึกษาพบว่า ระบบสามารถช่วยให้ผู้ใช้ประเมินภาวะการกลืนที่ผิดปกติ ได้ผลถูกต้องและสอดคล้องเมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับการประเมินโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่เป็นมนุษย์ ผลการใช้งานพบว่าผู้ใช้มีความพึงพอใจต่อระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้น
