Model for the inner peace development process of poets

Abstract

This research aimed to study the inner peace development process of poets and present the model of inner peace development process with art of literature in the context of Thai society. This was a descriptive qualitative research. There were 3 study methods: the first person, the second person, and the third person. The research was carried out in two steps, namely: the first step, studying the inner peace development process of poets for analyze and synthesize knowledge from the poet, the case study of the 3 inner peace persons and the second step, apply the acquired knowledge and apply it to develop a model of the inner peace development process with the art of literature in the context of Thai society. After that, the model was verified and validated by 9 experts. The experts’ suggestions were then taken to modify the model to make it more appropriate. The results of the research were as follows: The model for the inner peace development process with the art of literature in the context of Thai social is the integration between the Art of Literary, Contemplative Education and Peaceful Means as a threefold learning (Trisikkha) into four elements: 1) Target groups are 1.1) People interested to express themselves in writing or literature 1.2) People interested in inner dimension or inner peace 1.3) People who are willing to transformative learning. 2) The goal is happiness. 3) The seven inner peace development factors divided into 4 fundamental factors for controlling literary factors: 3.1) Morale Instinct 3.2) Love to Learn 3.3) Refinement 3.4) Commitment. Three literary factors: 3.5) Words and Meanings; 3.6) Creativity; 3.7) Rhythm. In which all factors are interrelated, directly and indirectly, that help promote the inner peace development phase, namely the access to Happiness. 4) The phases of the inner peace development with art of literature in the context of Thai social is the phase that arose from the factors promoting the inner peace development, with seven phases: 4.1) Inspiration 4.2) Mindfulness 4.3) Concentration 4.4 Awareness 4.5) Planning 4.6) Trial 4.7) Integration. This research has three recommendations: 1) People who have not written attitude can develop inner peace through fundamental factors and people interested in literature can create conditions for the development of inner peace by the seven factors. 2) Peace agencies or literature can apply the model to the curriculum or teaching content and 3) Future research can be used to experiment with different groups of people.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 2 ประการ ได้แก่ 1) ศึกษากระบวนการพัฒนาสันติภาพภายในของกวี 2) นำเสนอรูปแบบกระบวนการพัฒนาสันติภาพภายในด้วยวรรณศิลป์ในบริบทสังคมไทย เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพแบบพรรณนาเชิงวิเคราะห์ ที่ใช้วิธีการศึกษา 3 แนวทาง ได้แก่ แนวทางบุคคลที่ 1 แนวทางบุคคลที่ 2 และแนวทางบุคคลที่ 3 โดยดำเนินการ 2 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ 1) ศึกษากระบวนการพัฒนาสันติภาพภายในของกวี เพื่อวิเคราะห์และสังเคราะห์องค์ความรู้ จากกวีกรณีศึกษาผู้มีสันติภาพภายใน 3 คน 2) นำองค์ความรู้ที่ได้มาพัฒนาเป็นรูปแบบกระบวนการพัฒนาสันติภาพภายในด้วยวรรณศิลป์ในบริบทสังคมไทย เพื่อให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 9 คน ประเมินตรวจสอบมาตรฐาน จากนั้นจึงปรับรูปแบบให้เหมาะสมยิ่งขึ้น ผลการวิจัยพบว่า รูปแบบกระบวนการพัฒนาสันติภาพภายในด้วยวรรณศิลป์ในบริบทสังคมไทย เป็นการบูรณาการระหว่างปัจจัยวรรณศิลป์ จิตตปัญญาศึกษา และสันติวิธีแบบไตรสิกขาเข้าไว้ในองค์ประกอบ 4 ประการ ได้แก่ 1) กลุ่มเป้าหมาย 1.1) ผู้มีความสนใจที่จะแสดงออกด้วยการเขียนหรือวรรณศิลป์ 1.2) ผู้สนใจมิติด้านในหรือสันติภาพภายใน 1.3) ผู้มีใจพร้อมเปิดรับการเรียนรู้เพื่อการเปลี่ยนแปลง 2) เป้าหมาย ได้แก่ ความสุข 3) ปัจจัยส่งเสริมการพัฒนาสันติภาพภายใน 7 ประการ แบ่งเป็นปัจจัยพื้นฐาน 4 ประการ ได้แก่ 3.1) สัญชาตญาณใฝ่ดี 3.2) การรักเรียนรู้ 3.3) การขัดเกลา 3.4) การมุ่งมั่น และปัจจัยวรรณศิลป์ 3 ประการ ได้แก่ 3.5) การเลือกถ้อยคำและความหมาย 3.6) การสร้างสรรค์ 3.7) การสร้างท่วงทำนอง โดยทุกปัจจัยต่างสัมพันธ์เกื้อกูลกันทั้งทางตรงและทางอ้อม 4) ช่วงตอนการพัฒนาสันติภาพภายใน 7 ประการ ได้แก่ 4.1) แรงบันดาลใจ 4.2) ความระลึกได้ 4.3) ความตั้งมั่น 4.4) ความตระหนักรู้ 4.5) การวางแผน 4.6) การทดลอง 4.7) บูรณาการ การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีข้อเสนอแนะ 3 ประการ ได้แก่ 1) ผู้ไม่มีจริตทางการเขียน สามารถพัฒนาสันติภาพภายในได้ด้วยปัจจัยพื้นฐาน ส่วนผู้สนใจวรรณศิลป์ สามารถสร้างเงื่อนไขการพัฒนาสันติภาพภายในได้ด้วยปัจจัยทั้ง 7 ประการ 2) หน่วยงานด้านสันติภาพหรือวรรณศิลป์ สามารถนำรูปแบบไปประยุกต์ใช้เป็นหลักสูตรหรือเนื้อหาการเรียนการสอน 3) การวิจัยในอนาคต สามารถนำรูปแบบไปทดลองใช้กับกลุ่มคนที่แตกต่างกัน
