Abstract
Noise problems have been experienced by Thai people for a long time and are getting worse every year as population and density in the cities increase. More and more people have to face excessive noises while only some people handle this problem properly. Our company recognized that many of Thais suffer from noise issues due to lack of proper knowledge and the right material. The solution lies with our new product Bloxx which is an improved version of our current product. Bloxx can solve the current customer's pain point and it is effective. We believe that our product can improve Thai's living conditions in terms of noise and allow our company to take another huge step towards the mass market. With our current expertise, and experience as well as reputation in this market, we believe that this product will be the answer to customer's needs. However, due to its newness, we conducted a questionnaire which allowed us to see the customer's point of view. From this, we were able to see customers' feedback on our product which we can use as a product improvement while being able to see if this product has potential in Thai's market or not.
